Love this place. They never let me spend money that isn't necessary and that says a lot coming from a gal who goes there for oil changes. :) these guys are awesome.

Miss the towel drying, but all the dryers need are to get the side mirrors dried and it would be perfect!

My boyfriend took my car for a cleaning there recently and when he brought it back I was disappointed in the service. It almost seemed like there were a couple people working on it and one of them got distracted or had to leave because about half of the car didn't get touched. I emailed them with a few pictures and they responded for me to bring it in and get it corrected. The second time the car was done perfectly like every other time before. They were very nice and apologetic about it. Will definitely keep going there!

Fantastic job of removing all of the oil off with my white BMW. Did a good job waxing it as well. Made it look new again. Signed up for the $39 works unlimited monthly was program. What a value. They shine the tires and towel dry every vehicle. I always tip the dry team. They remember you when you come through each time. I also get the synthetic oil change here. It's super quick and a great price.

Had my car detailed last month. Seriously shocked at how great it looked when I picked it up. Everything was so well done, even the carpeting. I took the car in at 8am but they were already full for the day (they don’t make appts). So I left the car there overnight and picked it up the following afternoon.

Came here on a Saturday and the bays were all full. They got us in and out very quickly and got a great deal on a wash afterwards. I will continue bringing my cars here for great service!

Went here for an oil change for the first time, because a previous place I went had poor service. The service here is excellent. The guys were all nice and quick, and didn't bother me with unnecessary extras. He made a recommendation on the oil when I asked, got it done, and got me out of there. I will be returning! Just got home from getting my car washed and oil changed at Triple T. This is where I always get my service done and they have always been quick and friendly but today it seemed like these young guys went above being friendly and helpful from the manager on down to the guys that towel dried my car. It is obvious that they are happy and enjoy their work. Great service! Thank you!

Great service. Friendly staff. Fast oil changes and car washes are 1/2 off with one! Comfortable waiting area. You can get your vehicle detailed or just a simple wash. Need your tires rotated? Need transmission service? They do those too!

This place is all about great service. When I want to get my oil changed I love to come here since they offer half-off on a wash with oil change, including interior cleaning. It's fairly inexpensive and they handle the whole process. Drop off car at one end, and it comes out the other end with fresh oil and a wash.

Been getting work done from these guys for 4 years now and have never been disappointed. Once I walk off the get some Hardee's forgetting I still had my keys in my pocket, And the mechanic ran over to me. Also, they let me know if there is any other issues with the car.

I'm always a little nervous about using a "quick change" service center but these folks have never disappointed me. Their service is fast and I have never had a problem. I would also recommend getting a car wash while you're there because they really do a good job and the price is great.

From oil changes, car wash discounts, tire rotation or complete detailing this is my go to place. Staff is friendly, courteous and willing to suggest the best replacement parts. Several auto parts places are close if they don't have the part you are looking for.

Triple T Carwash has exceptional customer service!! The monthly price for an ultimate carwash can get a little pricey, but it's worth the cost! Keep up the good work!

Easily the best automatic car wash in Champaign-Urbana. They hand dry each car they wash. The equipment thoroughly washes all parts of the vehicle. Also a good place to get your oil changed. They pay attention to detail at Triple T. Definitely worth splurging on your vehicle, spending a little extra money, and taking it there.
