Unleashed Strength and Fitness

We've been going to this gym for several years and love it! There are several classes throughout the day for all different skill levels. The workouts are crossfit type workouts in a whole class setting. Everyone is working out together, doing the same workout at the same time. The owner/coach Tambra is great to work with and makes sure that everyone is working to the best of their ability while still staying safe and having fun. Everyone at the gym is very welcoming and friendly and cheer each other on. Not going to lie, the workouts are tough and I sometimes hate them, but it pays off in the end. If you want to get in shape and make some new friends, give Unleashed a try.
