Barbershop 154

I needed to get a hair cut for my dad, my two young boys and myself due to the loss of my mother just after Thanksgiving. Joe did an absolutely amazing job on the boys. He was very very nice to them and he made sure to tell them they were very well behaved boys. When my dad told him about my moms passing and we were getting hair cuts for her funeral 😔 Joe told him he was very sorry for our loss and made sure dad was going to look his best for the service. Joe wouldn't let me pay full price because of the situation when I tried to pay him. He said it was the least he could do for our family. Not going to lie it hit me right in the feels. I will 100% be back!!! In the world today this little shop is a rare find. Thank you so Joe you made a dark week for my dad a little brighter God bless you sir!!!! Sincerely Charles David Norman

I highly recommend this shop!!! The shop was very clean and neat and joe was very professional! I took my two boys there one is age 9 and the other is age 12. He did an amazing job speaking with my children and keeping the experience comfortable. He does an outstanding job with Children who have disabilities. My oldest has mild autism and other disabilities and haircuts hurt sometimes for him because of the sensitivity or the vibration he does not like and he can also be very shy and eye contact is hard for him. Now my son says he only wants to go to Joe and thats a big deal for us. The boy's haircuts look absolutely amazing we all are extremely happy with the outcome and will be using this business from here on out. I highly highly recommend!!!

Joe Swallers, veteran and owner of Barbershop 154 provides a great piece of Americana with his services. His eye for detail exceeded expectations with my beard trim. This place is an amazing barbershop. I have used barbershops all over the world (veteran) and this place has great decor, great atmosphere and a great barber (veteran). Highly recommend especially for vets - hook a brother up! He is a top notch person and barber made me feel at home.

This is the place to go if you want good conversation, great atmosphere, and an amazing haircut!! If you want a subpar haircut and a crummy atmosphere, you will have to go elsewhere. I highly recommend letting Joe cut your hair!

went for my 1st haircut in 20 years. I usually shave my head at home. Went in and asked for a "Military medium reg" (USMC veteran) he NAILED it. I seriously might actually keep hair lol. Great atmosphere & a traditional barbershop. I'd give more stars of possible. Going back soon for the straight razor shave

Joe is always friendly and welcoming as soon as you step in. His shop is always clean, and the service and conversation are both top notch. I don’t have any reservations in recommending Barbershop 154, and this is the only shop I use in the area.

Grew the Pandemic Beard in 2020. Now time to get this shaggy mess under control. Joe did a great job of shaping, grooming and finalizing a proper beard for me.
