Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We came here to eat lunch on a Saturday. We got seated right away. It was easy to find parking. They have their own parking lot. I've been to this place many times. My go-to order is always the unlimited bread, salad, and soup. Their chicken and gnocchi have always been consistent and my fave. The breadsticks were baked fresh, and the salad had the perfect amount of vegetables and dressing. Our waiter was professional and came back to our table multiple times. The place were clean, especially their restrooms. I will always come back to this restaurant.

Our server was excellent. She was very attentive and took care of everything we needed, especially with one person needing a gluten-free menu. The manager stop by twice, once before to verify how they handle gluten-free items and then the second time to verify that everything came out okay. Our food came out perfect and was very tasty!

We had a family dinner for 17 that included 7 children aged 2-9 and they cared for us very graciously. Our servers were very attentive to our needs and the food was amazing,as usual for this location. Thank you for helping make this a great evening to celebrate a birthday!

Wait staff great!! Super service and they did very well for being new. Can’t spell the soup I had but it’s a favorite for me!! Clean restrooms are appreciated!

Isa was my waitress!! Love her. She did a great job. We did soup and salad. She was on it! We didn't wait more than 3 mins or so for our food, and the place was packed. We will be back bc of her.

Awesome food as usual. Employee was very understanding. Came with about 12 people, and placing orders was very easy.

Our waiter,Nick was fantastic! Gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Our lunch was great!

Observed waiters and waitress' they both were working quickly and accurately. They were having a busy day and were working according. After hearing how people don't want to work it was refreshing to see these young people working hard.

We celebrated a friend's 50th Birthday on 1/29. We had what seemed to be a new waiter named James. We sat in the bar area so Susan could see our balloons. James was wonderful and very accomodating. Our meals were wonderful. Great service!

Service seems to be hit or miss at our Champaign, IL Olive Garden. We got ok service. It wasn't anywhere close to the awesome service like we had in January. Our table needed cleaning off and the guy comes by with some spray and beverage napkins to clean it off. Our waitress was ok. She didn't come by to check on us real often though. And my friends were having the unlimited soup and salad. Just all-around unsatisfactory customer service.

We stayed in the Champaign area while visiting our granddaughter, grandson in-law and our new baby great granddaughter. My wife and I took them out to eat here before we returned home. Our foodserver was very pleasant and sweet, but she got distracted a few times and we had to remind her that she was supposed to be getting something we asked for.
Otherwise it was a pleasant meal. Everyone loved their food.

Food was great, but I'm here to talk about service. Angie is friendly, knowledgeable, and adept at anticipating the needs of her guests. Thank you, Angie!

This was my second time at Olive Garden! It’s my birthday so my son Julian always takes me out to eat! The hostess was friendly and with a beautiful smile! The food there is OMG yummy fantastic! Our waiter was James so polite friendly and absolutely wonderful person he seems! I will always recommend Olive Garden to all my friends and family!❤

The food is always good and our server was Excellent! Just enough attention but not hovering. Great prices for lunch menu more food and better for you not much more than what fast food will cost you.

The food was delicious, and Emma, our server, was fabulous. Every request we had was completed quickly and with a smile.

We were seated quickly and our waitress arrived and got our orders pretty fast. The food was fresh and delicious.

Food is delicious, but I’m here to give a shout out to our server James (or Ames as his name tag says). He was a phenomenal server. I think the best I have ever had. He’s so friendly and fun and on the ball. He did an excellent job. Olive Garden manager - give this dude a big raise!

I love my order "tour of Italy", It' a great combination. The pasta and chicken breast is cooked just right. Their salad is great and our waitress is friendly and got all our orders right.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here on a Saturday evening. We waited for about 1/2 an hour and it was well worth the wait. It was perhaps the best Olive Garden experience we've ever had and it was made this way due to our server, Nasira. She did an outstanding job on a super busy evening. The food was also sensational and it made our evening one to remember. Well done everyone!!

Unlimited Soup and Salad w/ Breadsticks. Sooo Good. The Chicken and Gnocchi Soup .. that Broth was the Best. Zuppa Soup was Good too.
