I have had 4 extractions with Dr Tran and I have not had much pain at all. He prescribed me Ibuprofen 600 mg. This is one of the best dentists I have ever had as far as no pain. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable for me and the scheduling was a breeze.

I've gone here about 7 or 8 times over the past year, year and a half, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Dr. Tran (who I believe has sadly moved to another clinic) is legitimately the best dentist I ever had - incredibly warm, friendly, personable, with a great sense of humor. The last time I saw him I shook his hand and told him that he had really put my mind at ease about modern dentistry. I had a couple of teeth pulled here as well as a proxy and regular checkup cleaning and had no major issues whatsoever.

Dr. Pav and Dr. Melissa Odle are fantastic, very thorough and friendly.

This place has been great. I originally started going because Dr. Pavlovich moved there from Carbondale and I know he was a wonderful doctor. He left however. The new Dr is very friendly. The only reason I do 4 stars is because I wish they had a dentist. It’s so hard to find one these days and I’m sure they’re having a problem as well. I’m sure it has to do with Medicaid payments. I hope they find one soon, it’s been too long.

Will not be going back here. Had to see someone different because My doctor left. Young, naive. Remind yourself what HIPAA stands for.

Got a wisdom tooth pulled and the dentist refused me any pain medicine and told me to take ibuprofen! That’s very negligent, I would suggest NO ONE get an extraction here! They will let their patients suffer. I got the typical “opioid epidemic” speech. I would give Zero stars if possible. And, the staff was very rude when I asked why I couldn’t have pain medicine since I just had surgery.

This joker doesn't believe in anesthesia. Everything he does hurts and he won't prescribe any pain relief after he's done. I honestly believe that this dentist enjoys inflicting pain. In fact I know he does. There can be no other reason to hurt someone.
Don't go here. Instead make a complaint against him so we can get his license revoked.

I was waiting for doors to open to this place sitting in my car. There was a young teenage sitting outside in the cold waiting to go in. Next I see the police arrive and they said the staff called the police because the young teen looked suspicious. He was literally doing nothing at all curled up in the cold waiting to go inside to his appointment! The police officer gave the staff a lecture about abusing 911 and let the teen sit in his car until his appointment. The stuff seemed rude after that! Would not recommend to anyone, there are better clinic’s locally if you want genuinely nice people. Zero stars

If you aren't speaking directly with a nurse or a dentist you wont get the answers you need. A majority of the staff is not knowledgeable in the dental
