Sac and Fox Trail City Park

In the spring and summer I enjoy getting some exercise here. Nature in full effect with tons of butterflies. Never had a problem and I feel safe.

Great place to be one with nature. Scenic, lots of wildlife all around and good place to walk.

We explored the trails around the nature center. So much plant and animal life. We saw an indigo bunting, lady bug larvae, and had a close encounter with a young deer. The trails are nice to walk on and the wetland is a must see!

Huge trail system that intersects with other trails at different parks. Near Indian Creek Nature Center there's a MTB trail that looks like a blast. This is a nice, peaceful trail with a creek, river, forests, and plenty of wildlife without having to leave town to experience it.

I love this trail for the natural wild plants and native birds, as well as the great bridges and slopes and hills my legs can get some variety walking on. Grateful and happy with this one!

Creek is fun and water is clear. Lots to look at explore. Trail goes far and is good for walking, running, bike and horse riding

Sac and Fox is a great trail for biking or running. It gets a little washed out after a heavy rain, so it is usually best to wait a day or two. Definitely worth checking out for an afternoon ride on crushed limestone.

It is also shaded for most of the trail which helps if it is hot outside.

I love this trail!!! I live close and walk different parts of the trail almost daily. My pooch and I love to explore and occasionally see some deer or other wildlife. Great place to go walking or biking!

I love going out here to hike, go biking, fish, and they have a great education center to learn about wildlife.

I just randomly met a cute guy along the trail and we fished together. Nice guy, I hope to see him again 🤞

Best place to exercise if you're in the market to NOT see anyone else for quite possibly Hours on End - Fantastic!

A well managed and constructed multiuse trail. Can be busy at times and a mixture of bikes, people, dogs, and the odd horse.

Very nice place! Went to maple syrup festival here. Had a great time!

aka Ellis park. Ellis is my fav place to go in cedar rapids when its decent or nice out of course.

Had a great time with friends. They have big areas in the back to do outdoor activities.
