Wells Fargo ATM

First time coming to this Wells Fargo after dropping the kiddo off at school sadly they did not open till 9 AM and the physical card that I had was not able to be used at the ATM because I am waiting for my replacement. while walking back to my car one of the workers told me that I could use the ATM and I explained to him my situation of a stolen wallet and waiting for my new card. Well he made my day!!! He explained to me how to add my new card I haven’t even received in the mail yet to my digital wallet all from the Wells Fargo app and be able to scan my phone at the ATM to deposit the cash I had needed into my account! Now I have money where it’s supposed to be and am on to the next mom errand of the day all before 9AM! How sweet and thoughtful of him to help a customer out before even getting in the door to his job! You can tell the workers here truly care about their customers!
