It took awhile to get to talk to someone. When I did they were very helpful and respectful.

Love what they do and how they try and help the community. Great nonprofit. We need more organizations like this.

WE HAD THE WEATHERIZATION DONE , BY HACAP , THE GUYS WERE FRIENDLY, BUT LEFT SEVERAL MESSES BEHIND, THE INSULATION THEY PUT IN OUR ATTIC CAUSED NASTY BUG PROBLEMS THAT WE NEVER HAD BEFORE THEY CAME, WEVE HAD TO TOSS OUT A BUNCH OF FOOD BECAUSE OF THIS, WE HAD TO PURCHASE THINGS TO TRY TO FIX THE BUGS PROBLEM THAT THEY STARTED, WERE STILL TRYING TO GET RID OF THE LIL DAM BUGS , IF WE KNEW THAT THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN WE WOULD HAVE TOLD OUR LANDLORD NO ON HAVING HACAP COME , NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT

It's a fairly small office but comfortable. The staff was very helpful when I visited to apply for energy assistance. Professional but also friendly and non-judgmental.

Hacap has helped me in dire situations. I can never thank them enough for their help and generosity.

I would highly recommend this place, they really do help people when they are down and out. The workers are wonderful kind and considerate.💖💖💖💖

Expect it to be busy or a full waiting room. This place is very efficient & competent. It is best to arrive on time and have all your credentials
