Aspen Inn

I've been here for an extended time now and the staff is super friendly and my room is good sized and there's several restaurants and gas stations near by as well as a bowling alley across the street

Great place for the money. New mattresses. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed 2 weeks. It is an older hotel, so some things aren't 'brand new', but the room was clean, bedding stain free, no smoke oder, and the carpets were clean. Will stay again.

Aspen INN in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is really a great little INN
that as of recently did a lot of
improvements, and still working
at creating a place to stay a few
days, or even a extended stay.
The Aspen is located next to
an amazing Mexican Restaurant,( sit down), with a menu to make everyone happy,
Close to 24 hour quick marts,
buss service right in front of the
Aspen.I am an individual who
isn't easily impressed by people
or places. So if your in cedar-rapids, check out the Aspen INN,..it's not ritzy, but it's clean,nice staff, good price.

I've stayed there twice a month for the lat 6 months and have always had a nice experience. No, it's not the Ritz...but that's not what you're paying for! Friendly service, clean rooms, hot water and fresh coffee every morning. I recommend this to those looking for budget wise travel on the regular. Thanks Aspen!

Great place for a cost- effective long- term stay. No continental breakfast but they have hot coffee every morning. Mini- fridge and microwave in each unit. The staff is polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. I would return.

We are here on extended stay with our kids. The people are nice, the bed is comfy, the price is right, and there is Disney Jr. The fridge was bad and our milk was spoiling, and 15 minutes after we told the front desk they had us a new one. Thank you guys for making things more bearable while we are away from home

I was a long term guest here for many months staff went out of there way to help me with any problems i had with my room and the house keepers went out of there way to clean my room only at certin times during the day as i work nights and sleep during the normal housekeeping schedule its not the ritzs but for the price i couldn't have asked for any better thank you aspen for putting up with me and would recommend this place for a long term stay or just a night to anyone

As the saying goes. You get what you pay for

Well kept older motel. Well worth the low price. Nothing outstanding but nice folks and comfortable. Would definitely stay again

I stayed at the Aspen 1 month no problem quiet great staff i was new to Iowa so I found a get away the staff wonderful hope to visit again just for the great service and clean without paying 200 as with the red roof thank you Aspen

We had an awesome experience and Scott and Rachel are outstanding employees and they both have outstanding people skills we felt right at home with them here we will be sure to stay here again when we visit Cedar

Exceptional for personal accommodations. Always had a minute to understand my situation. Extremely understanding for personal space.
