OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERICE! I entered this establishment knowing absolutely nothing about mattresses or even what my personal needs were and Mrs. Ashley Shirley took the time to educate me on the differences in mattresses and what may be beneficial for my needs for approximately an hour and a half all while maintaining high energy, patience, and a smile. I would HIGHLY recommend this store and Mrs. Shirley to anyone in need of a mattress! Absolutely Loved every second in this store! Thank you Mrs. Shirley for all your time and assistance!

We were looking for a mattress for our guest bedroom, which in total is used about 1-2 months per year. Ashley was an absolute pleasure; she showed us a collection from an “Off-brand” company- made here in Alabama. We found an incredible mattress, Queen size for $680 and oh so comfortable!!

We couldn’t be more pleased, not only with our purchase but also the 5-star service from Ashley‼. She is exceptionally helpful but never for a second is she pushy or attempting to “up-sale”! We visited other mattresses stores and were immediately steered towards the highest price selections~ when we clearly explained that the mattresses was for a (minimally used) guest bedroom. My spouse and I just looked at each other and said, “Let’s go back to Ashley”. We are planning to replace our master bedroom mattress this Spring; we will return to Bed’s Express and most importantly- Ashley!! We will never go anywhere else!! The absolute BEST shopping experience we have ever had in our lives‼.

Best bed buying experience, hands down!! We shopped a few other locations before coming here. We would've saved time and headache to just start here. Prices and deals were better than the 3 other businesses we stopped at. The location itself was easily accessible. The showroom was spectacular. Comfortable, clean, plenty of inventory to choose from. Ashley was sooooo great and helpful! I felt like I was buying a new bed from a long time friend! We will definitely be a repeat customer in the future!!

Ashley was absolutely amazing and soooo knowledgeable! Such a pleasure to work with and very responsive to all our questions! We left to look at other places and other beds but nothing even came close to her level of customer service and satisfaction! She allowed us to shop and did not “hover” like other places but addressed all of our concerns! Can’t wait to sleep on our new Purple Bed!!! I know without a shadow of a doubt we will love it!!! This store is clean and well organized. The owner, Ashley, takes the time to explain each bed and pillow’s unique qualities to help you find just the right fit. The variety of top bed brands leave no need to shop elsewhere! After having bought many pillows through the years, only to not be satisfied, I thought I’d see what Ashley would recommend. I tried her recommendation. The pillow Ashley recommended for my exact fit was PERFECTLY AMAZING!!! THANK YOU!
