Was better than expected at this rate, my room was clean quite no problems you can’t expect five star facility for this low price but it was more than what I was expecting for the price I paid

This hotel is wonderful. It is a basic no frills place. My #1 priority is cleanliness and this hotel was exceptional. Comfy beds, soft towels, sink outside of shower/toilet room which is so convenient when you want to fix hair and makeup and the other person can still shower, etc. It had a fridge and microwave. Desk folks were friendly. Breakfast is hotel norm - waffles, toast, cereal, pastries, juices hot beverages. No eggs or bacon/sausage.

I like this hotel. The rooms aren't luxurious by any stretch of the imagination, but they are clean, homey and comfortable. I find the staff to be friendly and down to earth but they dont put up with any riff raff shananigans. They have a small laundry facility and continental breakfast. Its very easy to access, close to the interstate, plentiful parking and close to several places to eat and a couple of convenience stores. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

This is the only hotel in Cedar Rapids we will be going to! This is the first pet friendly hotel that I have stayed in that was so nice! Our room is clean and large. All the staff we had contact with were super nice and helpful. It's also cheap!

This is the best hotel I have stayed in at this low of a price. The room was clean, and bed was comfortable. The TV was very modern, I would say bought within the last 2 years. The shower was clean and the water was go very hot. The breakfast was simple, cereal (hot, or cold with 2%), waffle iron with batter, pastries, coffee, and orange juice. The room gets very warm quickly, which is nice for the winter here. But the BEST part is the free wifi! The free WiFi is no frills, no "Basic or Premium" options, it was completely free, and very fast for free internet wifi (9Mbs down and 1Mbs up when I tested), this is the fasted free wifi I have ever had in a hotel, even the few 4 and 5 star hotels I have stayed in.

My pete broke down with the cold and spent two nights here. Had a king room which was big enough for a party. Had a full size couch that pulls out to a bed. A chair and stool and 2 work desk with chairs. Flat screen tv fridge and microwave. Very clean and quite. Only semi complaint is the tv could be bigger bit it was fine.

Bed was really comfortable. Had no issues. Great place to stay.

The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff is nice and the owner works with people who need different ways to pay 10/10

Listen, its not the best hotel ever BUT its clean, has decent beds and standard amenities. Also, its cheap 😎
