Daniella was the best front desk worker. She was super nice and awesome!! Kindest person ever! She gave us very wise knowledge and taught us how to do our nails. We’re so happy she was here for our stay!

I love Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The employees at this location at the front desk are amazing at check in and even with the checkout. They were helpful getting me the best possible rates as well. I can't say anything bad about my experience there.

Very helpful and friendly staff! Loved that the hot tub was in use and nice and hot! Updated beautifully, very comfortable mattress and pillows! Only downside was that the TV remote didn't work, but they did fix it, and the heating unit was not as quiet as we would have liked, but it was very windy, so could be attributed to that. Free parking!! Breakfast was complimentary, hot, and nice variety!

From the moment I walked we were taken care of! Working the front desk there was a very friendly blonde she was an absolute ray of sunshine! She checked my family and i in very fast while also keeping conversation to make us feel welcome / not rushed when we were asking questions about local restaurants and continued to be amazing for the entire night!! Not very common in the younger generation keep up the good work!

Nice hotel in the Cedar Rapids area close to the highway and a lot of restaurants. There’s a Perkin’s right across the lot within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.

Only knock on this place is there is a loud knocking sound within their HVAC system. It’s almost like a pounding at times. It bothered me at first, but I got used to it and it did not affect my sleep.

Jeff at the front desk made the whole stay. Very friendly, easy to talk to, super nice. Our room was clean, and the breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. The bathroom fan was missing a screw so it was a little loose but no big deal. Will stay here again when I come back down.

I didn't try the pool, but the hot tub was hot, just what I wanted! The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The room was 99% clean which is more than I can say for the competition that we had been staying at. The grandkids were happy, I was happy. We will be back!

Walking distance to a few eateries. We chose Cancun and it did not disappoint.

from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, daniella & the rest of the staff made sure we had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable, the beds were firm, and plenty of hot water with good pressure for morning showers. Good standard hotel breakfast - daniella and the staff made sure items remained well stocked. I would stay here again.

Great hotel. Staff was really friendly and courteous. Seemed really family friendly and was also nice for a great snowy afternoon nap. The parking lots were plowed several times which was really nice. DoorDash was able to be ordered. Convenient location and easy to find. Room was clean which is a huge deal for me as I was a maid before so I look for signs of laziness and I was pleasantly surprised.
It was a great stay.

Great hotel, clean, a little outdated. Had a fire alarm go off at 5:15 in the morning. Had to call the downstairs to find we had to evacuate.

Great hotel I will definitely stay again. Generally a nice room and breakfast was fine. I had a customer service issue and a problem with the iron in the room. I went down to the front desk with my concern and the customer service Sunday morning was OUTSTANDING! Totally impressed with the concern and quick solution. Great service!

First, we got great customer service from Kris, who checked us into the hotel in the evening. Second, the room was clean and in good order, and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was awesome, and the price for all of this was very reasonable.
