Just wanted to send a huge shout out to the team at Jim Massey's. They contacted me awhile back letting me know I still had clothes to pick up even after I moved back home after retiring from the military. I told them I would pay for any shipping charges they would incur if they would be willing to send it to me. Without hesitation, they shipped it to me for free. I appreciate the team and the professionalism they displayed at all times. Thank you!!

I called over the phone to inquire about a specific laundry service offered at this location, the employee that answered the phone was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable. I drove over the same day; I received the same excellent customer service as I did over the phone during drop off, as well as 6 days later when I picked up. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
