FILTER-Coffee Parlor

This was my first time here and I am so happy to have gotten a hot treat while exploring Five Points! The service was fast and so friendly. The cashier suggested the Pollenated Bee since it was her go-to drink. It was delicious! I would love to come back again!

Best coffee in town, for real. Nice space inside to work or read, and staff are very welcoming. Try the latte - straight without added flavour to taste how good the coffee is. I went out of my way to try the coffee here - didn't regret it one bit.

Despite there being a long line, I still got everything I ordered in a timely manner. Nothing was rushed, everything was perfect...especially these blueberry muffins. You KNOW it's a good muffin when you bite into it and you get actual, tart blueberries and not some blueberry flavored jelly. I was blown away.

Wonderful coffee, great lattes and curated flavors. The owners were very friendly and remembered us from day to day! The space had a great vibe. We ended up coming every morning of our weeklong stay in Birmingham

This is such a cute little hole in the wall coffee shop. They have multiple options and even make some of their products in house. I choose a seasonal drink, the pumpkin stuff and it was delicious! I will definitely be telling others and visiting again!

Absolutely love this place. Delicious food and drinks. Lots of coffee to choose from. I personally am a tea drinker and love their loose leaf tea. Staff is great, tables available to sit outside. Great place and vibe!

Great neighborhood coffee shop just off of little Five Points in Birmingham. Love the atmosphere. Perfect for a meeting or a conversation with a friend. During the day. Food and menu are good. Can't wait to be back.

Very chill place to enjoy some expertly prepared coffee and tea. Beautiful decor with local art. We really enjoyed our visit.

Had an amazing pour over for a very reasonable price. Both the ladies working were super nice and I had a lovely chat with the barista making my pour over. 10/10 Will be back

There is no one who dropped by this coffee house only once. You will go there again if you taste their coffee once.

Probably my new favorite Birmingham cafe. Great atmosphere to study and great drinks. LOVE that they use real dishes for eat in orders.

Be sure to check out their upstairs loft area. Pretty quiet and has a skylight 🤓

They have a great selection of cafe foods and drinks! And a significant amount of space to study or work.

Pastries were on the pricier side, but my coffee (Cioccolato) was fantastic!

Really nice place... the baristas are kind and friendly, the espresso is great, AND they're now making their lattes with organic milk! I got the pumpkin one with some vanilla bean added in this morning... VERY yummy. If you're getting it to go, bring your own mug for a discount (and because it just feels better; every little thing helps). Thank you guys for being here in Bham! 💛🙂

Pour-over coffee is their main thing, but don’t sleep on their espresso! It seems like so few shops nowadays understand how to properly pull a shot with medium- or light-roasted beans, but FILTER makes a beautifully balanced and extracted espresso shot.

Very nice guy behind the bar and the best coffee in Birmingham.

Relaxing . Great service. The sweet tea was very good.
