Great Staff- great Docs . They will take the time to explain what is wrong rather than tossing you down an assembly line. I am ever grateful for Piper and his team. They have helped me through countless medical conditions over the past 9 years. I recommend them highly.

My family started coming here after we moved. Rachel is amazing! She listened to all of my concerns about the care we hoped to recieve and the course of care we wanted to do. She was accommodating and very friendly. Since we have been there she was able to get our youngest daughter into the specialist she needed and has taken care of our newborn splendidly. I have since been reccomending her to my friends and many others. We are very pleased by the care at Piper family medicine!

We saw Rachel and oh my goodness did we enjoy our experience. I could tell before she even mentioned it; that she had kids of her own by how gentle and playful she was with mine. She took the time to actually talk to us and respected our wanting to take a more natural approach for my child’s constipation and offered helpful solutions. It actually made my day to be around such a positive person. Highly recommend this place.

Never feel rushed here...always spends a lot of time with his patients and genuinely cares about what brought you in each visit. Very knowlegeable and one of the few MDs still left in private practice, which is a great thing! Highly recommend Dr. Piper...A++

We have been going to Dr. Piper for over a year now and we have been so happy. The staff has always returned our calls/ answered our questions very promptly. We never feel rushed while we are there. Dr . Piper always takes time with us getting to know us and answer all of our questions.

I've been a patient of dr piper for 7 years now hes a very caring doctor who shows you by spending time with his patients his staff is wonderful they are very accurate and caring ❤ I wouldn't trade this care or doctor and nurses for anything ❣

Back 10 years ago he was a better doctor. For the last 5 years I have suffered. I came back to this office about 3 years ago hoping to get help with multiple issues like foot pain and migraines. Every foot doctor sucked and I hate blaming dr piper but at the same time for 5 years I suffered daily pain and everyone was to scared to give me any relief before or after surgery. I did physical therapy 4 times. Did all the shots in my feet. Tenz units. Ice. I tried everything. Until everyone gave up with since we were out of feel good options. I feel like years were stolen from my life. I am very bitter about that since so many doctors failed me. Finally at my breaking point i just started coming to pipers every week when i felt like I could not go on- i decided i would be more forceful. I absolutely needed to be treated for something to make my life more bearable! Again, i was sent to specialists or given depression meds to cope with never getting real help. Ive left this office every time in tears for years because i get so little in immediate results. Just keep living a miserable existence until you cant anymore. Not because there arent medicines, but because he wont even talk about them. Dr piper would rather let patients become legally disabled than help relieve pain so you can take care of yourself or work. And if you gain weight because of the untreated disability then he will sit idly as your health spirals into the gutter. lets just see another specialist and waste more time. Keep letting me miss precious moments in my life. Or better yet, while you live a terrible existence lets only focus on solving it all with useless depression meds instead of getting something actually done. What happened to do no harm. Letting people suffer is still doing harm when you could do more. Yes the staff is friendly and caring but that doesn't give back years where i suffered in pain. Sitting on the couch. Not able to go grocery shopping. Or to summer carnivals. Or walking my dogs.
Then you find out he will over medicate lady friends. Google him in the news what he was arrested for. Morally bankrupt. But hey he felt good not helping me though

The worst experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled my annual physical that is 100% covered by my insurance. 3 months later I get a bill charging me for some 25 min mental evaluation plus blood draw. I called my insurance and was told the office billed for extra evaluation not covered by insurance. I do not recall spending 25 min on a mental evaluation, only standard questions. I did not agree to this service but was billed for it, and the office refused to remove it. This is 100% misleading to the patient - to not be told up front that they’re providing extra service and then charge the patient. All they told me was that it’s standard practice and nothing they can do. Patient consent mean anything to you?

Doctor and staff were friendly. Was told that new patient exam was free. Come to find out a 'wellness' visit is free. Meaning, if the doctor hears anything other than 'I feel great', you will be charged $200. Don't get scammed with this 'free' visit like we did.
