Coffee shop by day, restaurant/bar by night. Gotta come check this place out, especially on Taco Tuesday (1/2 price). The steak tacos were juicy and the pork tacos had a nice heat to it. The jalapeño queso is a comforting appetizer too. Bathrooms are clean and you can park at the bank nearby or on the street in the evenings. Overall, if you need food downtown, come check it out!

I had a great time during karaoke needed a second bartender sometimes to help the one and only Robbie who does a great job but he needs help sometimes. I'm wish they still served food.

The best burrito I've had in a very long time, service is amazing, and the place is very well located. I recommend to sit outside if the weather is nice. The menu has a lot of variety and it includes vegetarian options. Food is in general spicy, so you may want to ask the waiter about that. Great experience overall. Amazing Mexican food. Big portions and wonderful quality.

We got the cowboy burrito and it was absolutely delicious!!! The brunch bucket came with 4 awesome beers. Will definitely come back.

The food was truly amazing. One of the truly delicious restaurants in Champaign. Also, they seem to follow the same business model as Hooters :D

We were in for business meetings, and we wanted to decompress after a long work day.

Unassuming place which hid great food. We had a round of drinks, decided to order some appetizers the guacamole and a con queso. Both were great, so were ordered meals, I had the shrimp tacos, it was excellent and everyone said there food was great.

Definitely going to drop in again when I am back in town.

Great dining place. I've been here for breakfast twice both during a rush and regular hours. If you arent a patient person, I wouldn't recommend coming during breakfast rush. The food is amazing, tastes fantastic, and it always comes out hot. Drinks are also good. Definitely worth stopping by to eat.

Stopped in for 1/2 price tacos tonight! Our server was a delight and the food was delicious! The pork tacos were our favorite and we loved the mango mulette with a shot of tequila added. Stop in for tasty tacos, yummy cocktails and a cool atmosphere!

Great food, and drinks. Definitely a good addition to downtown Champaign. I come here often, and the staff for the most part remember who I am each time. What more could you ask for? Oh, and their brunch is extremely good.

I love sitting outside at cowboy. I love the atmosphere, the friendly staff and the steak tacos!! Their pickled red cabbage is DELICIOUS on my tacos. I always leave extremely full and happy! The relaxed vibe is perfect for summertime and I go as often as I can!

Went in for drinks only a little before they closed and the two staff members that were there were so nice and we really enjoyed our drinks. Will visit again. Thank you so much!

Very good service, good food, and good drinks. Love the outdoor seating for spring/summertime in Champaign.

Many of the other restaurants nearby have outdoor seating and live events or contests so it makes for an overall great atmosphere.

TIP: Only order a half plate of Nachos if there are two of you. Very large portions!

Tasty, Mexican pizza- jalisco Mexican pork pizza, has a little zest and kick to it, had a NA beer and pepsi. Great atmosphere( quiet, nicely decorated, nice staff, appropriate music). Nice time.

Food was excellent. Plenty of vegetarian options on the menu that can be easily made vegan. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent.

Elijah made our night great! Hes really bringing Cowboy Monkey back!! Our drinks were great, food was great and music was great! A bar full of tables and our service did not lack! Will definitely be coming back
