Highly recommend this clinic. They are amazing. We have a younger dog that has bad hips and knees. They take excellent care with her. We also have a 28 year old cat that is still with us thanks to their excellent care. We were lucky to find them. We came for another opinion on our dog in the beginning. We have stayed with them, for care of all our animals. Both young and old.

The entire staff and vets really do care about their patients and their caretakers. I was bringing my old man cat in 3 times a week for over a year to get Sub Q fluids and got to know everyone very well. I was always welcomed warmly and my cat was always treated so carefully and with the upmost compassion. When it was time to plan for end of life care for my cat I was not only effected but so was some of the staff. It was a very hard day for everyone as the staff had become attached caring for my sweet boy. Anytime I’ve had an emergency situation the staff has checked in with me, given me their personal phone numbers, offered to send records and notes to emergency vets. I am so thankful to have found Dr. Tran, Mindy and everyone that works for this amazing company. They truly care for our pets as if they were their own. I hope we can all offer each other the level of love and support they have given me and my pets over the years. We could all be so lucky to be cared for like that 🩷

We've been taking our pup here for a couple years now and they do an amazing job! All the staff we've met are so sweet and helpful. When our dog had a sprained leg, they got him in right away to make sure everything was ok. They also did a great job with our pup's neuter when he was a year old.

Just want to give Dr Tran and team a Huge Shoutout. We took our cat in today knowing things were not good.
Dr Tran immediately determined the urgent issue and prepared Cocoa for surgery to alleviate his blockage
Dr Tran jumped into action quickly and basically saved our cats life.
We are so grateful to the team in getting us in so quickly. They saved the day. 👍👍👍

I had made the difficult decision to say good bye to my cat Boo. He was 17 years old and stopped eating. The staff was very sympathetic, allowing me time to say good bye. It is never easy to say good bye to a fur baby but it was a comfort to know I was not being rushed to leave.

I highly recommend Dr. Tran and the staff at Watauga Animal Hospital. Our sweet, sweet Tinkerbell had to cross over the Rainbow Bridge after 17 long precious years. They were all so compassionate, caring and respectful during a very difficult time in our lives. Dr. Tran is absolutely hands down the best veterinarian I've ever taken any of my fur babies to and we won't be going anywhere else. She provided the greatest care, empathy and treatment prior to and all the way through Tink's passing, explaining everything in great detail. We are forever grateful and appreciate you all!

I have been here a few times now with my cats and dog. Also had grooming done on my dog. They are very good and would recommend them to anyone.

Soooo very glad I found this place. The vets and staff are friendly and they know what they're doing. Every diagnosis and treatment I've received for my terriers have been spot on. I really appreciate them calling me after they've gotten test results back and patiently explaining what was wrong. The icing on the cake for this clinic is the phone call a couple days later to check on whichever one had been sick. I truly TRUST this clinic with my two terriers; heck I don't even trust some of my FAMILY with my terriers.

The girls up front are great and very accommodating, Mindy is a wonderful tech with alot of knowledge and insight. I just got my two large dogs groomed by Madison and they were perfect. Our vet had unfortunately passed away, my groomer all of a sudden stopped grooming, and I'm really fortunate to have found Watauga Animal Hospital.

Dr Tran has been there for all our four legged family members. She has welcomed our new members and helped us say goodbye to our elderly. She has partnered with us to provide a long good life for all our animals.

The staff is FANTASTIC! They have been so sweet to my two dogs MayMay and Max. I needed a quick last minute appointment and was able to snag one. They were so gentle and really took the time to listen to my concerns.

First time here as our friend recommended. Our new puppy had diarrhea and ear infection. The ladies at front desk were friendly and appointment was easier to get than most Vet. The technician and the Vet showed compassion and concerned about our pup. Within a day, puppy felt better.

I'll never go back to my old vet! The techs here were so kind. Service was fast and exactly what I asked for. And the prices were very reasonable. The vet was a very nice lady as well. All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Glad I took my dogs here! I have a Great Pyrenees and an Australian Shepherd.

Dr. Tran and her staff are wonderful! Everyone was so nice, helpful, and ready to help your fur babies any way that they could. I would recommend them to my family and friends

Dr. Tran is the absolute best. Our recently adopted dog has some big health issues, so the circumstances have been stressful, but I felt 100% confident that Sirius was always in the best hands. Dr. Tran and the staff went above and beyond, in every sense. When our dog was having trouble recovering from the procedure, they treated our little guy like a VIP back there, ensuring he had a heating pad, blankets, and anything he needed (it totally melted my heart)! Dr. Tran communicated with me through literally every step of the way, which was amazing- I’ve never had a vet show that kind of care. She was very understanding with all my concerns, and cared so much about my dog. I would recommend this place to anyone- this has by far been the best vet experience I’ve had (even though it’s not the best circumstances, which, I think, says a LOT)!

The staff is one of the most compassionate and respectful group of people I have ever met. They helped Annie across the Rainbow Bridge last week. It was my first time to have to experience that event and I am forever grateful to Watauga Animal Hospital.

Absolutely love this vets office! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with the nicest and most welcoming staff, they really are so sweet. Dr. Tran is the nicest veterinarian I have ever met, she is so understanding and doesn’t judge people. Some vets try to talk down to you if you are a breeder but Dr. Tran is not judgmental, if you make a mistake she talks you through it, if you have questions, she answers them and helps you learn. You can really tell she loves her job and animals, she is such a breath of fresh air in the vet hospital world. Oh, and the prices are unmatched, they don’t overcharge you or up-charge you based on the breed you have. I really can’t say enough great things about this office.

Dr Tucker and Amanda were amazing! They were extremely helpful and made sure my little angel winter got treated in the best way possible. She always hates going to vets but today she left the vet not terrified or stressed! She is so relaxed, will most definitely be coming back here!

We have been bringing our dog sasquatch to see them for a long time and they are amazing, they genuinely care about you and your pets. I can even hear them sometimes talking to him when he is back with them and I'm in the room alone and it's ALL loving things! I would highly recommend!
