I always shop here. Took the time to write a review because the wonderful employee who brought my items out for curbside pickup was so kind. This was on Jan 3rd at 9:30am thank you so much for being fast efficient and kind. 5 stars!!

I'd like to take a moment and give public recognition to an outstanding employee working at the Target in Watauga, TX by the name of Cadie (KAY-Dee). I went into Target on 11/29/2023 looking for a pair of skates for my son. After looking in the main toy section I didn't see them. I saw Cadie who happened to be working near the toy section and asked where they were located. She guided me to a section which was just on the other side of a main path across from the toys. I thanked her thinking that was the end of our interaction. But not only did Cadie guide me to the right section, she stayed with me and helped me see what options were there for my son. She asked questions to help better understand what I needed. Questions like how old is he? What size does he wear? The entire time she was extremely kind, patient, and polite. While I was deciding between two different pairs of roller blades she offered to put the other pair on hold for me just in case I needed to exchange them. I really appreciated that. I really did. I was so happy with the way Cadie took the time to help me that I made sure to get her name and correct spelling because I knew I was going to give a huge review for her. I've been a District Manager in the past and had teams of 100+ employees and I know that having an employee who has a natural way of caring about customer needs is a rare find. Cadie is an outstanding person and employee and she deserves all of the recognition. I truly thank her for her time and patience in helping me. My son loves his roller blades by the way! I even went back and bought another pair of roller blades for my youngest son the very next day. Thank you again Cadie! I hope someone on the team lets you know that I appreciate you and what you did. Never change and keep being great! And Happy Holidays! 🎄 Go Cowboys! ✭

This is a large store with many departments. It was very clean. It was well stocked considering it was the night of Black Friday. The lines were short. There is also a Starbucks inside. There is a bakery inside as well. There were plenty of associates to accommodate everyone needing assistance and they were all busy helping which is rare in other stores.

Over the last 20 years this place has gone through several resets and I have seen both good and bad. Post COVID, everyone is trying to keep up with people's "that's ok, Amazon will deliver it to my doorstep" attitude and you can tell that this store does seem to (usually) employ enough staff members to help. The last 7-10 times we have always had a good shopping experience but good luck trying to find someone who isn't at the registers or at the front because there's noone usually available anywhere else. (Thanks Amazon). I'd still rather shop here or ship to store than buy something on Amazon and risk the quality (which is usually lousy). Keep it up, Target. You're doing a much better job than Walmart.

This target has the best DRIVE UP service! Seriously it is freaking fast! By the time you pull up to the DRIVE UP area there is a target employee delivering your items to your window, I have never waited more than 1 minute!!! It’s super convenient when you are in a rush or you just need to buy a few items and/or specially if you have babies or toddlers in the car that would be a pain to get everyone out of the car! WE ARE IN LOVE OF THIS TARGET DRIVE UP SERVICE!! Super recommended!

You know this place is special if you're willing to walk nearly 3 miles to get essential groceries. This was unfortunately briefly my story for a day when my car ran out of gas and payday literally wouldn't be until the next day for me to even afford gas. So yes, believe it or not, I did make that trek on foot to get groceries that I knew were higher quality than the more readily available local options. I know people were likely looking at me as if I were crazy but hey, I like what I like.
This has literally been my store of choice for years. And yes, I'm referring specifically to this location in Watauga. This store is typically super neat and simultaneously gives me a glimpse of fashion trends to seek out for my next wardrobe upgrade.

This Target is amazing! The service compared to other big box stores is very good. Staff is friendly. The store is much, much cleaner than other big box stores. The experience made me feel safe and enjoyed it from the parking lot to the register. Items are faced and shelved properly. Signage is good. Carts are in better condition and kept. The parking lot is clean and well lit.

Always has everything I need but stuff goes flying off the shelf once tik tok gets ahold of it.

This target is well stocked and clean. The Starbucks inside is always good and has excellent service. I don't particularly care for self check out and there is usually only 1 cashier. But overall it's a good target to visit

Nick at self check out went above and beyond to let everyone around me know that he was there to help and even took my hand basket. Fantastic customer service!

my favourite target. i love the atmosphere here, its a lot quieter than the target thats closer to me. big store, clean, and customer service isn't too bad!

I was Christmas shopping & lost my wallet and didn't realize it until we were checking out. I ran through the store looking every department I could remember being in. Asking a couple of employees is they had seen it. No one had, but they alerted every department I listed and there were so many people helping. I had to go get my daughter and leave the store. I called a few times checking to see if it was turned in. They hadn't seen it. I had spoken to a Preston, the closing lead at this store, on 2 of those calls. The last call he told me he was going to do a sweep of his own. Just 20 minutes later I got a call. HE FOUND IT! PRESTON YOU ARE A CHAMPION. Thank you so very much for going above and beyond. YOU DESERVE A RAISE SIR!!

Thank you so much to the amazing woman who works here who helped me with my daughter who was having a melt down so i can try to pick out a swimsuit for a birthday party tomorrow. I wish i would’ve gotten her name because I’ve never been so thankful, I don’t go out in public a lot because it’s hard for me being a single mom with social anxiety so thank you so much you are amazing.

This was the first time, but not the last, that I’ve been to this Target.

I liked how things were laid out here. They also have the extra things in housewares/decorating, that only certain Targets have.

Their staff was nicely diverse and friendly. My check out person was a kid/young man, but well trained and very courteous.

This is not close to home, but when in the area, or looking online for a specific item, I will definitely consider this store as a top 2 pick.

I especially like the clothing. It’s fashionable, practical and on point.

The food has all the basics. No frills, just the basics and that’s just fine.
