Hashi Japanese Kitchen - Watauga

My daughter chose to visit Hashi Japanese Kitchen because she loves Asian cuisine. My daughter and I each ordered a sushi roll. Both were good! I had the Hashi roll & would definitely order it again. My daughter ordered the Beach roll and said it was good.

My son told us a few months ago that we need to try this spot, we finally did, and we’ll definitely be back because the food was delicious! I ordered one of the rolls, a side of fried rice, and an order of the chicken hibachi which was amazing! I’m a big fan of fried rice, but I’ll probably pass on that next time and only order the stir fry. Great spot if you’re looking to mix it up and try a good local spot!

Service was perfect. The young man at the register explained the menu very thoroughly and the food came out amazing. Got the spicy California roll with the hibachi chicken shrimp and rice. My gf got the same just with rice and noodles. Perfect amount of space smaller than big hibachi spots but I promise just as good if not than better.

So good. One of my favorite casual hibachi places. Food comes out fast and is consistent with the Fort Worth location. Flavorful and rice is perfect. I always show people this place. 🫶

Great food with prompt and courteous service! We’ve driven past several times and I’m so glad we decided to stop in for lunch. I would definitely go here again!

This place is pretty good. We had the teriyaki chicken, lobster teriyaki and a steak, shrimp and chicken teriyaki mix and all were delightful. I forgot to take pics of the teriyaki but did of the sushi. The sushi was the best thing for sure. We will definitely be back.

This restaurant really brought the Japanese style while serving us the food we ordered without problems. The food was delicious and exactly what I was looking for at the time. I also had the chance to learn how to use chopsticks, so the 5 star review is needed.

I have always had great experiences here. It is also very healthy food. I have had almost every combination of the Hibachi meals they have.

Wife & I ordered a little bit of everything to sample. Gyoza, California Rolls, Chicken Teriyaki & hibachi shrimp. Prices were not bad at all so it was easy to over order.

All came out quickly and I was shocked at how flavorful everything was. Chicken was charred to perfection with a juicy center and the sushi was tightly packed. I suspect any complaints about the flavor here probably had Covid.

I came here because i was craving sushi and the place i went to was packed. So i googled othet places and came here. The service is quick and friendly and the food looks delicious. They have an open kitchen so you can see what is being done. Absolutely beautiful decor and very clean. The food is also very good!

This is the only place that I've received good Japanese food. I will always come back.

First time here so we came early so we could take our time ordering and getting help with menu. The person at the counter was very helpful and pleasant. Special orders and changing things up are no problem. We ordered an appetizer, main dish and sushi. All was great and as ordered with all our changes with no mistakes.

Hibachi grill for great price. Try the yum yum sauce. Sushi available and is pretty good too. Delivery available within the area.

Love love love this place I honestly let my bf pick for me cuz to me it’s confusing but it’s amazing the taste is fantastic and I love their sauces soo much !

Was in the area from out of state and decided to give this place a try and was glad I did! Everything is very reasonably priced, service was quick, and the food we got was delicious. If we're in the area we'll definitely be back :)

A little pricey, but good food!

I went here yesterday with my wife and small son. The food was pretty good, it's definitely "fast food" hibachi, but it was really good. The two sauces they offer here are pretty good. Portion size is good for the price. The biggest thing, is the sheer customer support here. The staff was super friendly, my son had dropped our cup, and the woman working the register somehow saw it, and came and swapped out a cup.

I wish I lived closer, but this place definitely needs another visit!

Hashi is my favorite hibachi place in the area by far. The rice is never undercooked, and the chicken is much better than what regular Chinese take out places use. I get the hibachi chicken with fried rice every time. It costs about $11, which is also cheaper than many other hibachi restaurants. I don't eat sushi so I can't provide input on that.

On a related note, the employees have always been great to me. I have been eating here off and on for about 4 years, and the managers always recognize me and say hi. I recommend Hashi to anyone that likes hibachi, and it is a small, family owned restaurant that deserves the support.

Delicious. Eggrolls were crunchy on the outside and hot on the inside. Great flavor from everything. California roll tasted fresh. Steak hibachi was nice and tender. Great flavor all around. Thanks for the great food! We will be back again.
