I always have a good experience here. A couple time I needed to call and ask the pharmacist if my medications have any interactions/if they could be taken together, they are always nice enough to let me know if I can. It means a lot, thanks you guys.

The pharmacy is fast, always helpful and friendly. We always choose this location over others because it’s less crowded and they’re quick!

The sweetest and most helpful assistance you can get here! Such a wonderful staff that works here. Very organized and clean store. They have everything you need for this busy Mama and my go to store.

I have been coming to this store for about 3 years and I’ve never had any problems with them. My prescriptions are ready every time I went there pick them up. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist are very nice people. It is a very busy store, you might wait in line up-to 15 min because they’re so busy; that’s the only issue I have. Maybe hiring more people might solve this problem since many people complain about waiting in line. Other than that, I am very happy.

The associates are friendly, helpful, knowlegable about the products they sell and are always wearing a smile. Professional and all have great attitudes. And treat you with respect. No question is to dumb and if they don’t know the answer to a question they will find an associate who does. I shop inside and always go inside when picking up prescriptions just to see all the smiles. It’s always so refreshing. A kind friendly caring person that makes you smile will always win in my book. They always put a smile on my face and a smile is the best medicine. Thank you to all of the Associates at CVS Royse City.

Picking up prescriptions rarely goes smoothly. This store is very well managed with a very caring staff. The pharmacist does overstep his authority with regards to expired driver's licenses at times but there's no reason to avoid this CVS if CVS is what you need

Violet in the pharmacy was amazing this morning, she took the time to look for a prescription discount that resulted in a savings of $40. Thank you for taking the time. That's what customer service is about. Way to do your job correctly, Violet.

We have used this pharmacy since it opened. The pharmacy staff routinely go above and beyond to help us save money and get the medicine we need, when we need it. There is often a wait, but there has also been a wait at every other pharmacy I have ever used. Our society expects instant gratification and gets impatient with the slightest delay. This pharmacy does not deserve so many negative reviews. I have been there far more frequently than I would like, in order to meet the needs of our large family. The staff are always kind and helpful. I am sad that our insurance company is requiring us to switch to Walgreens this year.

I've never dealt with regular staff but I absolutely love the pharmacy staff!! They are always super helpful and do everything they can to get me set up with my medications as fast as possible. I've been using this location for several months now and have nothing bad to say about the pharmacy staff. Love them!!

I’ve visited numerous Cvs in the past. This Cvs in Royse City -ROCKS! I sometimes feel like it’s my home away from home just cause I visit so frequently for medication pick-up . The pharmacy staff is GREAT !!! Always so professional but yet so sweet ! They stay busy always ,but overall they stay pleasant with a smile. Way to go manager ... happy staff I believe is a great reflection on a manager !

very sweet staff they deserve better reviews! i went to pick up a medication that was very expensive and one of the ladies was kind enough to recommend to me to find a coupon online for it and it saved me $60!! it was a medication i really needed and because she took the time to give me some advice i was able to afford it. as a college student it really means a lot, thank u so much!

I really like this new woman in the drive-through. She makes me smile even when I'm "off my meds" 😉

they always busy and still clean. They came along way given the population of Royse is booming. and i assume they have to make a lot of adjustments

What a bunch of whiners that write in here. Am sure this CVS does what it can with what they are provided by their corporate offices.

The employees were very nice and they greeted me.

Awesome customer service they are super busy so just understand sometimes it takes a minute. People just have no patience anymore.
