Chick-fil-A

The staff here is very friendly. I usually come here on a busy Saturday with a large order for my work crew. They never complain about taking my order, and they are always helpful and polite. They always make sure my order is right and made fresh every time.

Super pleased with courteous service, super clean restroom and ample parking.

The restaurant was very clean. We just dropped in for a quick lunch. The food was fresh, hot, and out to the table quickly. The dining room was open and almost empty, but the drive though had many cars passing through.

Always good as usual. They are consistent throughout their chain, they always have high standards and delicious food! Kids will always eat their chicken nuggets. You can always count on the drive through to be quick and courteous, even if the line wraps around the building, you still get your food super quick. For fast food this is as good as it gets.

I always have a great experience at this location but I typically go through the drive thru, today I decided to eat in and I’m glad I did. Carlie, was amazing we got our food and she had noticed we didn’t have our drinks and proceeded to to make sure we got everything. While this may seem like a small task & just part of her job description not a lot of people have customer service these days. Keep up the wonderful customer service hun! You deserved the review

Quick service...order is always right. Service people are very courteous and smile! Plus I'm a VETERAN and I appreciate the extra discount. Looking forward to your new building...best of luck with this new location!

2nd time in a row ive gotten thin meat on the spicy chicken and had them for what ever reason put me 5 cars behind the truck I pulled in behind in the drive thru together with. Was 2 girls on my side of the drive thru and one on the other side. The girl on the other side went thru more cars then the 2 girls did combined. This happened maybe 20 mins ago...

*So as an update: even though no one really reached out it's gotten ALOT better, I go here pretty frequently and didn't think they deserved the 1 star with the improvements I've seen :)

In the world of fast food, Chick-Fil-A is the unicorn that makes your taste buds do the cha-cha. A cluckin' good time every time!

Love this location! I regularly order group orders here for 10+ people and they get it right every single time!! Love them!

The older lady who cleans and attends the inside of the restaurant is so awesome. She is always doing what needs to be done and is quick to help even before you have a chance to ask. I also see her clean very efficiently, so I feel very comfortable eating on those tables

Went to the drive through after eating hospital food for 2 days. Tasted amazing!!

I love this location! The line is never too long, it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and I’ve always had a positive experience with the staff. I much prefer this location over the one off Ridge Road.

Playground is open, clean, and very toddler friendly. Food was fast and delicious, as usual.

The Rockwall Chick-fil-A is crazy it's so busy. I've never seen one set up like this one. They have double lines with an awning to shade them and someone to take the orders between them. It's amazing how fast it goes. They do have a great chicken sandwich. It's a whole fried chicken breast with pickles and what ever sauce you want with it. They used to be the only place to get one like that, but now you can get them at Popeyes and Kentucky Fried Chicken. They are good too. So now we have a choice. Good eating ahead

Chick fil a is always good. If for whatever reason you have never had chick fil a..... You need to change that now....

The spice chicken sandwich was on fire! A flavorful explosion on the Toung. I'm certain that it's one hot experience. As always, the waffle fries were so good, so very,very good. Great might even be a better term to describe one of the greatest joys on earth. The waffle fry. Whoever thought to promote and provide this incredible experience, I owe them a taste debt that is infinite ♾. I'm always impressed by chic-fil-a's service, staff, and overall presentation. This is exactly how all fast food restaurants should aspire to be. The world is a better place because of chik-fil-a. I truly believe you should go get a big o' mouthfull of their meat. It will fill your belly & desire until you are completely satisfied and full of tasty treats. Chicken sandwiches the way that you love.

There’s nothing better when coming to Chick-fil-A’s drive-through and being greeted by the kindest people… The young lady that waited on me, Alyssa, was the sweetest girl! She started my morning off right with sweet conversation. Way to go Chick-fil-A for always having the kindest people working for you.

The management and workers at this location are amazing. It's way better than the Ridge Road location. I will go to this location over the other extremely rude management location ANY day!
