Had a great lunch visit today, Miss Veronica was the one who took my order. I love how she took her time to carefully put it together. She was the sweetest ever. Definitely recommend this place the service and food is amazing. Thank you Veronica for your attention to detail and your hospitality towards me and my friend today!

Had a very nice mid week lunch. Service was great, fast and friendly. The food was tasty. I had a French dip and it was excellent! Restaurant is clean and well kept.

Update: We came here again to meet and have lunch before daughter’s graduation. Every time we come here we see Billy, who busses the tables and brings things to people. He’s possibly the nicest man I’ve ever met. Always with a sweet disposition and a smile. So happy to have this restaurant in Waco.

We love this place. I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it before. We stopped by here and grab lunch while visiting our kids in college. I had this great spinach salad with vinaigrette dressing and grilled chicken. It was amazing!

I’m going to post more pictures because we usually eat here twice every time we come to Waco. The place is always clean well lit and the staff is very friendly!

Food selections are fresh and delicious, and the variety of offerings can satisfy practically any palate. From traditional breakfasts and mimosas, to fancy pastries, to crepes and pasta dishes and French Dips and balsamic glazed salmon, all cooked freshly to taste, this place is a better choice for indoor dining than most in Waco. The atmosphere in winter is warm and cozier than in summer because the fireplace is fully on and inviting.
Not thrilled about the acoustics when it is very busy, since there is little sound insulation.
Manager Angela was accommodating and friendly.

The food was really good and the service was fantastic.
Great place to stop by and get some lunch with your friends or spouse.

Veronica took such great care of my friend and I. We have been to this location a multitude of times and the service has been excellent, but today was extra special because of our encounter with Veronica. She took her time and was so kind and inviting. The food is amazing and the people are amazing. I highly recommend this place!

Nice fast casual french cuisine. Good service, always clean, food is fresh. Recommend the chicken salad. Kids meals are good size and come with veggie pouch and drink that is not a soda.

This is one of my favorite little brunch spots! The food is always good and fresh. The last couple of times I went they were short staffed, but still provided great service. It's clean and perfect for a cute date or light lunch. I would highly recommend if you just want something filling, but not heavy.

MY granddaughter and I were out shopping and she suggested that we go to La Madeleine's to eat one of their sweet pastries. So we ventured inside this French Cafe located inside the Central Texas market place shopping Center to find that despite it being between meals at around 3:30pm or so that this quaint little French cafe was still quite busy. the dining room did have a few empty tables but not very many for the time of day
the empty tables were neat and clean and prepared for the next customer. waitress staff was very busy attending to customers but we're not too busy to stop and greet us with a smile. my granddaughter and I waited in line to get up to the counter to place our order where my granddaughter ordered a chocolate croissant and for myself I ordered coconut cream cake. price was average service was good however the food on the other hand was outstanding, just simply amazing. both my granddaughter and I said on the patio eating what was literally the best coconut cream cake I've ever had the pleasure of placing in my mouth. The taste of our food was so much more than one could ever possibly even hope for. Dessert at La Madeleine's will most definitely leave you craving more. MY granddaughter and I, very much enjoyed our unexpected stop in at La Madeleine's and I can very honestly say that I will most definitely be making more stops here to enjoy all that this French Cafe has to offer. Won't you try it for yourself, and take your taste buds on a trip into Heaven, and leave you longing for more. I give this restaurant a 10+ hands down!

Love this place! The coffee is so smooth and delicious, the food is warm and homey but fancy, and the people are caring and attentive. You can taste the love! My daughter and I had a great time!

My wife suggested that we try la Madeleine because she'd heard good things. We were not disappointed. The service was courteous and helpful and our food was served quickly with a smile. Jamie had the chicken Caesar salad and the French onion soup. I had the seasonal Turkey Cranberry Melt sandwich and the basil tomato soup. Both were better than we expected. For dessert, we shared an eclair, flakey with a rich, creamy middle. I should have gotten two! We will definitely be going back.

We stopped while shopping in Waco and it was absolutely delicious. When you first enter its a little weird because there is no directions on the process. So we just followed the people standing in line with the trays it's kinda like cafeteria style unless you just want something from the bakery and they you order that from a separate line. Once we placed out order they give you a number and bring the food to you once it's done. I must say the balsamic Salmon is delicious 😋 👌 I also bought a box of cookies to take home and they are amazing and worth the money. Definitely a great place to stop for a meal.

Came for breakfast for my wife's birthday and everything was great. Great service, great food, and great atmosphere.

Great choices from a cafeteria line for breakfast entrees. I like to see what I'm getting. The chocolate filled pastry covered with almond slices was great! The potato cake was also delicious! French coffee was wonderful, too. It was nice dining by the fireplace. Baguettes can be bought for take home, too.

We always enjoy dining at La Madeleine. 1/30/2024 at lunch time. It was very busy. All associates were moving quickly but one in particular, ANGELA went above and beyond in pleasantness, helpfulness, knowledge about the menu & concern for her clients. She couldn't have been nicer or more attentive. She moved at the speed of light doing her job (and it WAS busy). She definitely should be recognized as a valued employee. SHE is the reason my friend and I will come back! With gem employees like her, why would we eat anywhere else?

This place is gorgeous! The pastries are phenomenal, but don’t sleep on their quiche! It’s seriously so good and their lattes were delicious and balanced.

Such a fun and cute place! The food was very tasty, I am constantly in search of good soup places and this was a winner for me. The thick creamy tomato soup was so good and was a perfect contrast to the cool weather. I got the sampler plate and the crust on the quiche was so flaky, I wish I had more soup!!!! If you want a cozy, fun place where people are kind, come here! I felt so welcomed, even though I came here alone.
