I stopped in to view this facility and met Denise. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about storage. The property was beautiful. When i have to store my stuff it will definitely be with Denise. She deserves a raise Public Storage!! She's a gem

The staff at Mandy’s are so nice and easy to work with. The facility is well taken care of. When we’ve gone to our unit after dark, it is well lit and secure. I would highly recommend Mandy’s for your storage needs!

I called to get information about my reservation. The gentleman that helped me was very helpful helped me with the insurance the rental the gate code everything he was very polite. Very very nice. Told me everything I needed to know and said if I needed any help at all to contact them and he will be glad to help me. After a few days of renting, I decided to rent another unit. Mandi’s Mini Storage has Great Service, Very Efficient, It truly deserves all 10 stars. 😞Only 5 Stars were Available.

The staff is very friendly, polite, professional, and go above and beyond providing outstanding & exceptional customer service. I am and have been very pleased.

I’ve had a unit at Mandy’s mini storage for almost 3 years now and while a lot has changed in those 3 years, I was met with an awesome customer service experience with my issue today. I had to move out of state and store all my stuff from when I lived in the area here. I have had no reason to visit on a frequent basis, but now I’m ready to move in to a new home and get my stuff out of storage, problem is my keys were lost about a year and a half ago. I called and spoke with Kim who was very kind and accommodating to my situation. She was able to ease my worries when I found out so many changes had occurred since I last visited and get me set up to be able to access my unit with ease. I would definitely recommend this place even if you don’t live locally.

Loved this place. We had a climate controlled unit. The place is very clean, easy to access, easy folks to work with/contact. If I needed a storage unit (climate controlled or not) this is where I’d go.

The people are really nice and friendly. Facility is kept clean as well. Highly recommend.

Update: I talked with Rick at Mandy’s and he had genuine concern for my problem. He even made a decision to make things right, and promised that there would be someone on-site soon. So I am changing my review and I appreciate Rick acting fast to my concerns.

I have used Mandy’s storage for several years. When Chris was the owner, the prices were much more reasonable, but now that it changed owners, there’s nobody in the office anymore, and the price is ridiculous for the large unit I pay nearly 200 per month which is outrageous. I’m very unhappy with the cost. Why does storage need to go up just because homes are expensive? That’s the last thing storage should do as people are struggling just to survive

I’ve been using Mandys storage off and on for 10 years now. I couldn’t ask for better people to rent from. Every month they are so kind! Their storage units are always so clean! I’ve used climate controlled as well as their regular ones. The prices for the storage unit are very reasonable. Both units did exactly what they were supposed to and took care of my stuff the whole time it was there. I’ll continue to use then anytime I ever need a storage unit.
