Texas Farm Bureau Insurance - Justin Lacy

The best of the best! I had a collision with a Deer last night, Justin texted me back and then He called me at 8 am and walked me through everything. Insurance is rising everywhere, no matter how much mine may rise, I will never leave TXFB. You can’t beat the kinda service they provide. Good quality people are priceless :-)

Most definitely the worst experience I've ever had when it comes to purchasing insurance. Communication is pretty much non existent until you threaten to cancel. Justin as the agent seems to always pawn you off of another person in the office, as he's always too busy to help. I can't believe I lasted 3 years with him as my agent. I was referred to him by a friend, and the absolute lack of customer service is concerning for not only the customer, but for Farm Bureau as a company. Do yourself a huge favor, call anyone, a neighbor, a different farm bureau agent, or even call the General. Nothing can be worse than the experience I had. I will continue to voice my complaints on up the chain of command with Farm Bureau as this does nothing but make the entire company look bad. He literally said he doesn't make much money on me, so he felt it easier just for me to go somewhere else. Lol. I most certainly did. 5k a year with home and auto. Well I'm sure with his attitude towards customers, the insurance business and Farm Bureau as a whole, that it won't take long for a few others to move along just as I just did. It's pretty incredible that people will take your money all day long. But when you have a problem, and voice your concerns, and frustration, then you, the customer become the problem? I actually find it quite comical. I'm always one to leave a great review when deserved, and rarely leave a bad one, even if it was a bad experience. But this one was too much. Do not waste your time even calling for a quote. Office staff can be rude as well, but doesn't surprise me at all with him as their leader.
