Sam's Club

We always have a wonderful experience in the optical department. We are there often because my children are rough on their glasses. The staff are exceptionally patient each time and we always leave with a smile. Today, the gentleman who helped us-I believe his name was DC went above and beyond. Great customer service is hard to come by these day-Sam's club on Soncy, you have amazing employees in the optical department who should be praised.

I had such a great experience at Sam’s club’s optical department! I was able to order my glasses, and the employee there, (dang I wish I could remember his name…Richard? Brunette guy with a beard) was just amazing.

My mom was ordering glasses for my grandma, and we couldn’t find the particular frames she used, and after we left, without asking, he called around until he FOUND them and called us back!

I had also forgotten my prescription, and we came back later, he remembered which frames I had chosen for myself, got my insurance information, made valid and amazing recommendations, and was just overall wonderful.

Sam’s optical department will definitely be my go-to now for all my glasses needs.

To Sam’s club managers, give that guy a raise!

Much better experience than shopping at Walmart and the pharmacy always has the prescription medication we need, despite the national shortage of it.

sam’s is still Sam’s. They got the same stuff, but it was pretty good stuff. Scan and go is the best thing ever. Smokes Costco.

Excellent. I have not been in a Sam's Club for quite some time. Of course the prices are higher these days, but I will be back.

The employees are really kind I know everyone and I'm able to find what I need and overall everybody's just kind.

The Sam's club was very organized and cleaned. The associates were helpful and knowledgeable. I went to the food section to see the meals prepared by the local chefs to work there and they seemed so beautiful and delicious. We ate two slices of pizza which tasted very good in the prices were on point.

Great store. Never over busy. Enjoy shopping here.

I have seen the two new Seasonal Walk in Coolers. They have Dairy and Produce cooler where Every Sam’s Club Stores can save some money for energy. It also found the Sushi Island what we also saw. The bad part is I did not see the Cafe Kiosk displayed, and Relocation of Optical Hearing Department. Nice and unique! We will wait in 6255 Plano and 4906 McKinney Sam’s Club New renovation soon.

I had to get my glasses adjusted at the optical center. Yvonne and Lou went above and beyond to ensure that each pair that I brought in fit. They took their time and listened. I could tell that they both really enjoyed what they did. Thank you ladies for all of your help!

Tire and battery center service is awesome!
We have been there a couple times over the last couple weeks and each time Robert has been especially helpful and kind.
It is wonderful to be treated like a real person and not just a cow in the herd.

Compared prices between my monthly subscription to Amazon and Sam's. I'm going to have to cancel my Amazon order and start getting everything at Sams.

Sam’s club in general is a great place to shop. But I especially want to give them credit on two things: First, the pizza at their food court is amazing, and super inexpensive. So is the Hot dog combo, at 1.68 for a jumbo hot dog and drink. I find excuses to go shopping just so I can get lunch there! Second, the Sam’s app is well executed, and very convenient. I’ll never have to wait in a checkout line again, because I just scan items as I put them into my cart, then check out from my phone. Super convenient. This location is clean, the staff is friendly, and I highly recommend it.
