Fulbelli's Restaurant

Amazing find in downtown Sherman!! Darrien was our waitress...she was perfection! Pork shank and prime rib entrees were to die for! Wedge was great but if you want bacon on it you have to ask for it. The Guiness s'mores gelato was silky smooth and amazing.

We had a wonderful first visit today for lunch. The reservation process was simple and smooth, and a table was set and ready for us when we arrived with our party of 9. Many high complements were given for the Norwegian salmon and basmati rice entree. Enjoyed the chocolate cake and carrot cake after our meals very much. Our server, Ariel, was excellent as well.

Excellent meal! Pricey but you get what you pay for. Music was a little too loud, guys in ball caps & shorts was awkward since the wife and I dressed up. Seems like a dress code should be enforced. Regardless, we will go back the food was great! GUYS, if we are going to pay $200 + for dinner.... dress up for your date!

Unique dining experience situated upstairs at a mercantile. Love the “hole in the wall” feel. The price per plate is certainly a good value. The food is slightly higher-end than the atmosphere, which makes it a great place to bring your out-of-town friends for a casual brunch. Service is usually great. Oh, and they have a private room for parties.

A culinary experience! Wonderful and different menu. Delicious desserts! The service is excellent. The wait staff are helpful and know the items on the menu. The atmosphere in the old hotel is serene. My husband and I loved our meal here and will be going back. Be sure to make a reservation if you're planning on going around a holiday or weekend.

We came for date night and had the best one yet. TJ is a talented chef. We had the quail, red fish, crab cakes and cheesecake. All Amazing! Service was great from the hostess, the bar in the lounge and the server. Hands down best old fashioneds. The atmosphere is so wonderful. I could go on and on! Go now! You're missing out if you don't.

Tonight was our first time to Fulbelli's and we were absolutely blown away! We had made reservations earlier in the day and arrived to the best table in the house! Nice quiet corner and the atmosphere was amazing! Tristen was our server and he gave the best service we have ever had!! He made excellent recommendations and I could not brag about him enough!! My boyfriend had the Pan Seared Duck and he was in love! He is usually very picky but loved everything on the plate! The presentation of everything was beautiful, I even had a purple flower placed with my stuffed chicken! We will definitely return as it was worth every penny and more!

First time there on Saturday. My boyfriend and I enjoyed it very much. Our waiter Paul was amazing. He really made us comfortable, knew the menu, and made suggestions to help us better. My boyfriend is a very picky eater, and doesn't normally eat the things they had, but they were able to go back to the kitchen and see what they had to substitute. They make everything fresh. It was the best food we had. Paul the waiter made such an impression on me. Thank you for making our night easy and fun.

Went here for lunch. While the menu is a tad expensive for lunch, the food was great. I got the Cuban sandwich with a side of pasta salad. I have to say it was probably the best Cuban I've had. The pasta salad was also top notch - with a great balsamic vinegar used. Great spot for a quiet lunch or lunch meeting.

Took my wife here for her 40th birthday and had a great experience! The place is sort of a throwback to 90s fine dining, but it’s a great option for Sherman. The bartender in the lounge area said he was new, but offered outstanding service. The star for us (besides the food) was our server, Nayelle. Very knowledgeable and attentive. Hands down the best service in Texoma. We will go back for sure.

Went with a group of 6 people on a Tuesday evening and had a fantastic experience! The waiter took time to explain the menu and drink list and was patient as we took our time ordering apps, drinks, and entrees! Excellent setting for a group dinner and a great place to have a conversation over drinks and a great meal. We ordered the crab fingers which were plentiful and the juice is incredible. I had the sea bass with crab fried rice and brussells sprouts and it was perfectly cooked, and I sampled the filet and it was phenomenal and cooked perfectly to order. We ordered two desserts to share: Key lime pie and carrot cake. The carrot cake was the best we'd ever had!

What's more beautiful than a rainbow? What's more welcoming than a mother's hug? All of these things are at the top of your lists in life's joys. Now add an evening @ Fulbelli's on that list. The reception at the front was warm and welcoming, the servers are attentive and gracious. They know everything on the menu and with a few questions can pick out a meal for you that will not disappoint. The cocktails were cold and the coffee was hot. We were even fortunate enough to speak with the Big Cheese. He made sure our belli's and hearts were ful. Best experience in Texas.

Really enjoyed the food. Few places can serve my steak well done and my husband’s rare and have them both come out right. We were in a party of 9, all the food came out perfect and everyone enjoyed.

I had the absolute pleasure of eating at Fulbellis with a group. The service was excellent and the food was beyond my expectations. Excellent doesn't begin to describe my experience!

The chef visited our table afterwards and was a joy! I am so happy to find a gem like this restaurant. It is fabulous and I will return again and again!

This was our 1st time coming tonight and it was absolutely amazing!!! Drinks stayed filled, waitress was very attentive, the food was out of this world and the Chef was very personable! He served the food and came out and spoke to us and you could just tell he took pride in his business! I will most definitely be back here! If I could give this place 100 stars I would!!!

Looking for a decent clean restaurant in Sherman is hard to find until yesterday when a friend suggested to come here! So I did and I was absolutely impressed with how clean the place was and how amazing everyone there was . The food was priceless . Don’t care how expensive it is It was so good

I had a great time here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sometimes you go to a nice place like this and the staff is standoffish or even too attentive. Not the case here. Not too much and not to little. If I lived anywhere nere this fine establishment I would come here all of the time. Great food. Great people. Great time.
