Crossroads Mobile Home and RV Community

Everyone here is great! We moved in and we have been welcomed by everyone. I love that they take pride in their community and keep the place looking nice. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and effortless the transition to our new home was in the end. I expect a lot more hassle but I am delighted to say this was a very good experience and I have made a few new friends in the process! Good job crossroads! Keep up the good work!

I am adding on to the review I initially posted. I keep seeing these negative reviews and it breaks my heart. PEOPLE LEAVING THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE COMMENTING ON THE SLEAZY MOTEL THAT SHARE A SIMILAR NAME!! There may be a comment or two posted by people who got evicted and they are angry. NO ONE GETS EVICTED WITHOUT DESERVING IT!!! Crossroads MOBILE HOME PARK...not Crossroads MOTEL...is a great choice for folks who are on tight budgets and need a safe, affordable, neighborly place to live. The owners and the new management have gone to great lengths to "clean up" the park and to evict some of the less desirable tenants, which they do methodically and completely legally. Again, no one gets evicted without out amply cause! In fact, they do what they can to give people chances to catch up on rent, stop using, clean up a pitted, junked out yard...whatever the cause. This is a good thing. They are bringing up the standards and protecting all the residents who do take pride in their homes. OK...that's it. What follows is my original comments...should anyone desire to read my lengthy reviews.

I am a relative of the owners, who took over after a family death. When they took over about seven years ago the place was in a horrible state of disrepair. The current owners have worked tirelessly to clean up the park...both by implementing stronger rules and safeguards for the residents, by evicting some really undesirable people and by making repairs. I recently visited the park and met numerous residents. ALL OF THEM THANKED THE OWNERS FOR “CLEANING UP THE PARK”. They said it’s safer and WAY more friendly. I also had the pleasure of watching the kids play together in what reminded me of a scene from my past when children played outside and made up games and cruised around on bikes rather than staying glued to electronic devices. I even met a man who had recently moved back to the park after learning that it’s been “turned around”.

The new management is a couple who have a regular presence there. They CARE! No more cop calls. No more bad goings on. Disgruntled are those who absolutely deserved to be evicted. And the stronger rule enforcements are all very common and for the good of all who are desiring a safer better home neighborhood.

The bad reviews about this place are coming only from two sources. The evicted people and from people thinking it’s the seedy motel that is nearby and unfortunately is also named Crossroads. I really hope some of the current happy tenants start posting to help clear up this erroneous picture that is being portrayed.

This place is amazing and the management is exceptional!! Jeremy went over and above helping me numerous times wen I was doing some work on one of our mobile homes out here! Not only courteous and friendly from the beginning, he was so kind to go overboard with helping haul off stuff I couldn’t go alone and went out of his way to help
Me in the heat of the summer!! I wanted to rave on him for his helpful manner and how nice the park was while I was working here!! Exceptional and amazing customer service all around here!! Thanks again Jeremy for all your heart and hard work these past few weeks!! So appreciated!!! :-)

My husband and I travel a lot for work so we have stayed at our fair share of RV/Mobile home parks. I truly enjoyed our stay. It was a great little community. All the neighbors were very friendly. No loud/rude people. The location was perfect as well. It’s extremely close to the highway which surprisingly you couldn’t hear, so it wasn’t a bother at all. There is shopping and restaurant all around, and just down the street from a laundromat which for us living out of a camper is very important. The owners were very nice people and made the move in super easy and with the option to pay your rent online it made it very convenient. I’m sure we will find ourselves back in Sherman one day and we will definitely be staying here again. Overall it’s a very nice, quite, friendly community.

I'm adding on to my review as now we have brought a house here in the park and the owner has more then helped with everything possible she and her brother are amazing the 2 managers are awesome they are very understanding and help when there is a problem I enjoy living here

Me and my family have lived in crossroads now for over a year it will be 2 yrs in June ...the first manager was the sweetest ever and the new managers they have are amazing they help when something is wrong ..they always answer text and phone calls never rude or hateful with us. They are just amazing people. We had a bad experience with someone in the park and the owner took car of it right away mad us feel at home there. It's quiet there I don't here a bunch of banging or noise. My kids get out and play with the other kids in the neighborhood which for some reason they all stay in my yard which I'm ok with. The owners are really cleaned up the place Alot since I've been there it. I would recommend anyone to move there or move their RV in.

I have lived here for several months and think this is a wonderful place. Being in the city limits, I expected noise and commotion but it is actually quite tranquil. The people here are respectful and I have good neighbors. The negative reviews are connected to the Crossroads Inn next door not the RV community. Confusing because it is the same address but different owners and businesses. I recommend this community to everyone. Don

The management is great! Renee is great to deal with and is very helpful. Jeremy goes so far above and beyond, he is great and a super nice guy! Its location makes it convenient to shopping and tons of restaurants. It is quiet and really a good
place to live.

I loved living there. They immediately addressed any problems I had which were very few. It was reasonably priced and very peaceful. I highly reccomend it. I would still be there if I hadn't have inherited my mother's house.

These guys are excellent to do business with. Over the phone, from 4 1/2 hours away, I can read through all of their reviews and quickly see that google needs to remove the reviews that are obviously from the motel that shared the same name. Keep up the professional manners, Crossroads management!

Thank you for sending someone out to fix the roads. they did a really good job fixing most if not all the pot holes in the pavement. I really think everyone can appreciate a safe road to drive on.

Nice place...I went there to visit a friend and it seemed like a quiet and pleasant place. the surroundings were clean and the children played outside happy.
