Clayton was a pure delight. I already knew what I thought I'd buy but needed to feel "90 pounds" so I'd know if I could change the sheets. He spent a lot of time looking up an in-stock mattress which weighed about that amount. He finally went to the manufacturer's website and told me it only weighs 75 pounds! I KNOW I can handle that and bought the mattress then! Such a nice transaction!

The manager Clayton was very personable and professional. He was very attentive and provided information about various mattresses. He clearly discussed the pros and cons of each option to consider. Clayton listened to what my needs were and offered reasonable options. It was a great experience. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress.

This Mattress Firm with Sarah Lewis was a great experience as this is second time and Sarah is very Professional and Knowledgeable about the product Mattress and I got confused with alll the stores and opinions from others. This experience with Sarah made it easier and they should give Sarah and the other Associates more bonuses and make sure they Stay. I would offer Sarah and rest jobs today

Clayton was amazing. He greeted us as soon as we got to the door and started giving us recommendations. After some demos, we realized that the “hybrid” option was what’s best for me. He quickly pointed out the Sealy Highpoint firm edition. That was the one and he even offered quick and timely delivery of Thursday when I purchased on Tuesday!

This location was so genuinely friendly and helpful. I went in to just squeeze pillows and Jacob told me the best way to pick a pillow is to try them out on the type of bed I had at home. He then brought me 8 pillows to test out and with his tips, I found my “just right” pillow. I couldn’t be happier with my with my experience!! Go see Jacob! 👍🏼👍🏼
