Curbside pick up went smoothly. Glad ordered online for pick up.. it was 2 days after Hurricane Beryl and they were packed.

Today I went to Home Depot to choose some home decoration products. There were too many products for me as an outsider. It was difficult to find them. I met a very dedicate Home Depot employee named Andre. He introduced me to some products I needed and fertilizers for growing flowers and vegetables in detail. After checking out, Jeff also helped me load the products into the car. I was really touched. I highly praise Home Depot for having such high-quality employees.

I just wanted to say that everyone at this location over the years has been “ok” at best in terms of assisting & just being courteous, but Mr. “G” in your Return/In store pick up makes up for all the deficiencies y’all have every well else over the years. He is always so pleasant, kind & respectful, not to mention helpful! That goes a long way these days! Just wanted to give him a shoot out & to say thank you to him! Thank you Mr G!

Home Depot installed a door for me. I had an issue with the door and went to this Home Depot to discuss the issue with Management. I was greatly pleased by the personal service I received from the managers Mike and Linda. I live near other big box stores and hardware stores. I will drive the extra distance to go to this store. Thanks Mike and Linda.

Very helpful, friendly, professional and welcoming staff. It is rare that you pass one aisle without someone asking you if you need help. Beside all the improvement home stuff that they have, their Halloween and Christmas decorations are unbeatable in price and quality!

I just left home depot I went to pay and my card got stuck between the table thank God for Veronica g and the other two cheerleaders (employees) you guys saved my axx lol thank yall so much for everything

Im leaving this review for Reggie who works in the plumbing department. Reggie was awesome and a lifesaver.

The drain in my apartment bathroom was leaking. The maintenance guy for the apartment complex tried to tighten the coupling but broke the pvc pipe and couldn’t fix it.

I had company coming and not having a functional sink was not an option. I went to Home Depot and met Reggie. He was already supposed to have left for the day but he stayed an extra couple of minutes to help me.

I explained what had happened, showed him the broken piece that I brought with me, and a pic of what under the sink looked like and he literally built the replacement part for me in the store and told me how to install it (pics attached).

I was so grateful that I tried to tip him and he refused because of company policy. It’s my hope that someone at Home Depot sees this and does something special for him.

Great for online orders with curbside pickup. Very effecient, and as a Pro member, tje discounts and app make the experience even better.

Home Depot has everything you need for any type of home repair or new build.

Home Depot allowed me to build my shed, run power and internet to it, store stuff, and most importantly of all, allow me to make more money using it mine crypto currency. Even the equipment to keep the shed cool like the air transfer machine and air-conditioner is all thanks to Home Depot.

So, yes there are other home improvement stores near me, but the people are just a little nicer and a bit more helpful. This is my first stop, if they don't have what I need, I re think the project!

Very kind, patient and helpful staff!!! I only needed a couple items so I opted to skip the big basket and since they don't offer the small handheld baskets my arms quickly filled up. I had my energetic, adventurous and curious 8 year old son with me who I had planned on helping me carry the items I was going to purchase but he kept wandering off to explore the different areas of the store. The staff were so patient with him and when they heard me calling out for him they made sure to come tell me where they'd seen him last. Several of them noticed my full arms and even asked if they could get me a basket since of course the couple of items I intended on getting had quickly multiplied.

Locker item was easy to access, not sure how to get curbside order

This Home Depot normally only rates about 3 stars from me, but today Ken C. from the plumbing department went well out of his way to help me with a plumbing problem. So, I'm upgrading them for his sake. Thanks, Ken.

I go from time to time but I don't talk to employees often. I wrote this specifically for the customer service, it was very stupendous and has been when I go there. The rep Angelica was very sweet and made conversations so not to feel like I'm another person having to wait for help. The Merchandising asst, Jimmie is a cool guy and went above and beyond to help me for the time that I was in peril. 100/10
