Austin was terrific from day 1. His previous experience with insurance made that process simple. His crew showed up on time and went out of their way to accommodate us as they did their work, including taking the trash can to the curb through/around their netting and dumpster to keep us safely out of the work area. Austin did something I truly appreciated…pointing out some fixes that needed to be done to help ventilation that was inexpensive and easy to do during the replacement of the roof.

Rich Hill came to help us assess what we needed to do to the house. We didn't even have the money to pay him, but he took the time to look anyway and gave us as much info as he could. It's so nice to know that there are still good people in the world that are willing to help, even when they aren't going to get something out of it right away. Trailhead was helpful during they whole process of replacing my roof. They met with the adjuster, worked late one night procuring the materials and completed the project the next day. I will refer them in the future.
