I initially had Ashley Lail for just property management. I was so satisfied with her service that I decided to have her lease the suites in my building. Within a year, she filled up all the available spaces with great tenants and has gone above and beyond to help me with a lot of the much needed repairs. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She also makes herself available for any urgent needs. I'm very lucky to have her manage and lease my property. Definitely recommend Preston Bend Real Estate for both management and leasing!

Can't say enough good things about Preston Bend Real Estate. Their property management team was incredibly flexible and accommodating. The sales team worked tirelessly to help us sell our asset. I was referred to Randy from another agent. After having a call with Randy and explaining to him that I was looking for a second location to expand my business, Randy went right to work. He really knew the market and what to ask for as a tenant. Randy always responded to my emails or texts in a timely manner and has continued to answer questions that came up after the executed lease. We represent a client who owned a building in Sherman. Randy listed the property for us and through his market knowledge and expertise got it sold in a timely manner. My company was in search of a new location with a short term lease for our expanding heavy civil construction office in the DFW area. She truly cares about her Clients and her customer service is outstanding. She was available at any hour of the day, 7 days a week. She took time to answer every question and concern that I threw her way. She paid special attention to our needs and made every effort to ensure that we were always taken care of. She provided a vast selection of spaces for review and consideration that were all within the parameters provided. She scheduled all appointments and followed up with any questions that we generated. Once our space was selected, Ashley personally went through a very extensive lease and formulated all questions and concerns for the Landlord on our behalf to ensure that we were in agreement with the Terms.
