Quick and easy to get a unit. Called me back as soon as I reserved one. Customer service was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Prices were reasonably.

Bryan is AMAZING! Very efficient, kind and professional! It’s was a breeze getting a storage unit very last minute! He also made picking up and dropping off our uhaul enjoyable..

The entire process from move in to move out was so easy and painless. Thank you to both Bryan and Cynthia for helping me during the loss of my father and assisting with everything needed to get his belongings to your facility and back to my hometown in California!

Five Star is the best storage unit. The General manager Brian and Ms. Cynthia are so kind and helpful. I've had a storage unit here for at least 5 years or more and they are so kind and helpful. My storage unit is safe and secure and if there is any concerns the staff goes over and beyond to help!!

Quick response time. The facility is easy to get to . The promotion price is fair. Hoping for a better price after the promotion expires in August
