I’m not usually this type of person to complain but I leased a trailer from them and before I finalized the trailer purchase I had asked if we could switch the trailer to one that had rails with the ratchets and was given the all good because they had one but when I get down there to finalize and sign the papers they had given me the papers for the trailer I originally wanted that didn’t have the rails that go all the way from front to back nor the ratchets so I had to separately buy the ratchets and the straps. And now after a little over a month these straps are ripping and before you think I’m using them incorrectly I’m not I’m using corner protectors for every load I called to see what we could do about the straps and they said they couldn’t do anything about it.

did the entire purchase over email and 1 phone call. had the trailer shipped via uship from texas to colorado (nitro shipping with adam, picked up trailer with his truck and drove it to colorado). very easy. best price hands down, even with the added shipping costs. brant was very responsive over email. couldn't be happier about how the whole thing went.

I called and asked if they did trailer appraisals for registration and Amber stated they did and come on by. I got there and they did it for free. People just dont do anything for free anymore so it was a nice surprise. If you need anything for your trailer these guys got it and are very helpful.
