Went in and bought a new sectional. They where very nice and not pushy like some places. Got it with a full warranty and they even delivered it and set it up. The delivery guys where fast and clean. Definitely recommend getting furniture from them

I must say, this is the best experience I’ve ever had buying furniture, from start to finish. The finale was the amazing and highly competent team of Edgar and Jay that delivered the furniture. They went WAY above and beyond to get it done and took extra care with the floors and even padded the door jamb. Fabulous experience! Love Ashley furniture so much we are going back this weekend to buy an ottoman!! Well done!

Normally I shop online. This time I decided to shop in-store. Great choice as I first met Shane. He offered me something to drink and then “what can I help you with today?” He was polite, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Then I met Blake he was willing to help as well. He was kind, friendly, and outgoing. They directed me towards something that was more perfect for me than what I was originally looking for. Both Shane and Blake were very amicable, considerate, patient and went above and beyond to help me. Then time to pay for my purchase. I met Summer. She is an amazingly beautiful young lady with a great smile. She was caring, polite and very efficient. It was a Super Win!! for me as I got better than I originally wanted and had 3 great people with excellent customer service.

We had a great experience with Ashley Furniture in Sherman, TX. Dora James was very helpful both times we were in the store. Buying a new split king mattress with adjustable base is a major purchase. Dora took plenty of time with us and helped us make an informed decision.

We have purchased all of our furniture form Ashley's in Sherman Texas for the past twenty years. Every time we visited their store, we were made to feel welcome and everyone of the staff were always caring and helpful. My husband and I ordered a couch from Ashley Furniture in Sherman over the phone on Friday. They made it super easy and we had the option of picking it up ourself. We expected 2 weeks for the couch to come in and was told yesterday it would be there in just a couple days! The prices are good and the couch we ordered is gorgeous and can’t wait to get it. We will definitely be back to buy more.

Shannon was a delight. There was a discrepancy found in my order and she helped me come up with a solution that saved me money although that might affect her commission. The ladies at the purchase desk were rude to her in front of me and it was obviously embarrassing for her. I almost spoke up but regret that I did not. The manager was also rude when an error was caught on a size discrepancy. I understand these things can cause issues but I would much rather an error occur and be adjusted than have to witness my sales person being berated in front of my child and myself like that. You could tell there was a lot of negative energy between staff as well as management and that makes me really uncomfortable as someone who should be busy being excited about my purchase. This was an important personal growth purchase for myself and our family and it was brought down by the way our sales associate was treated although she was doing great work making her customer happy.
I hope this rude small-town infighting behavior was a one time occurrence. Also, the purchase desk never sent me my email confirmation of purchase and I have waited on the phone for someone to answer twice today to fix it.
Shannon, our sales associate, was joyful and kind and super supportive. She left at the right time to let me make a phone call. She didn’t hover or pressure me into anything and that’s why I’m glad I stopped in yesterday.

Cher was great and very knowledgeable! She knew right where to take me to what I was needing. She and Louis worked with me to get the price just right. It was a win win! I will be doing business with them again!!!

Salespeople were very helpful friendly and accommodating. They were able to answer any question I asked and gave us room to discuss our options in private, but were nearby in case we needed help. We shopped around and went to other places to comparative shop, but returned to make a purchase with our original sales person.

Sales associate was very helpful every time I came in and remember exactly which product I had been debating on. Great experience overall!!

Went back to Ashley’s this week and purchased a new bed and mattress. Worked with Shannon who did an exceptional job helping us work through the options. It was a really good experience. Louis is also great to work with. This is our go to place in the area for furnishings
