The Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy

The wonderful people at The Medicine Shop are amazing!!! I have many medications and I was always confused if I had taken my meds. One day they suggested to use the Medi Pack. They now separate my meds for morning, noon, and night and I can just look and see if I have taken them. No more worries if I took the correct meds! It is all done for me in separate packs that are labeled by date and time! The Medicine Shop calls each month to check if there are any changes. It is so simple now when I travel to grab just the packs for the days I’ll be traveling! When I have been ill I no longer struggle trying to tell somebody how to give my meds. The meds are already in a pack for me to take. The Medicine Shop employees and pharmacist are caring, polite, and willing to help me with all of my pharmaceutical needs. I RECOMMEND THE MEDICINE SHOP TO EVERYONE! They truly are the BEST! I refuse to use another pharmacy! Thank you for being part of my medical team!

I love the Medicine Shoppe and can't speak highly enough of my experiences here. The staff are so knowledgeable and patient in answering questions in a way that makes sense to someone outside the medical field, and they work quickly to get prescriptions filled. If I needed something they didn't have they were more than happy to order for the following day. I'm so thankful to have a place in Grayson County that care for customers like family and go above and beyond!

I had a lovely chat with the new owner last week! Working as an x-ray tech myself, I know there has been a lot of frustrations in the last few years and especially the last couple of months in healthcare and it seems it’s also affecting the pharmacies with many medications being on back order. She expressed how hard it is to not be able to make the system move faster. I can tell she REALLY cares about each and every one of her customers that come in! Thankful that someone with such a big heart is running this place.

I love Medicine Shoppe! I switched prescriptions from CVS to Medicine Shoppe. The employees are cheerful, thoughtful, helpful and polite. I recently filled a prescription for my husband who felt anxious about taking it after googling side affects. The pharmacist was so helpful and obviously quite knowledgeable. He knew the history of the medication and was able to provide us with helpful information regarding the “likelihood” that my husband would experience the side effects he was concerned about. It made all the difference and eliminated his concern. I feel like we are in good hands with Medicine Shoppe! We are pleased to have such educated individuals helping us with meds that keep us healthy. We go there for necessary annual shots as well (flu, pneumonia). Highly recommend!!

Never had any issues here. The owners seem to really care about their customers. I know getting meds can be hard these days with the supply shortages everywhere, but this pharmacy at least tries to make people feel like more than just a body through the door.

I've used The Medicine Shoppe for 10 years and they are always friendly, prompt and considerate. Easy to walk into or drive through. After being hesitant to get the PakMy Meds I finally tried it and I absolutely love it. I wish I had tried it sooner. They take care of getting the refills from doctor and when I am out of town I just take the packs needed for my trip. No more bottles or medication tray and losing pills.

My parents recently moved in with me in Allen, TX. I have absolutely loved the customer service I have received from The Medicine Shoppe in Sherman for my dad’s rapid pack medication services. I could not find any place locally that offered this service, so The Medicine Shoppe said they could continue the service and ship the rapid packs to me. It is a HUGE help to have them keep up with all the refills and measuring them out for us. I use their services for both of my parents and it is super easy. About a week before they begin to assemble the next month’s packs, they text me to find out if their have been any medication changes. They are top notch when it comes to responsiveness and professionalism.

The Medicine Shoppe is the best pharmacy I have ever used. Their newest service is their Med Pak service which is a months supply of drugs in individual packets based on the time of day you take your meds. This service is great and I recommend it as a free and convenient process that removes the hassle of taking the right drugs at the right time. This is a great customer focused business that will fulfill all your drug and immunization needs.

Everyone there is very kind and patient. They genuinely want to help you. They are quick and efficient. The “Pack My Meds Rapid Packs” are wonderful. They’re so convenient for taking daily medications on-the-go. I highly recommend them and The Medicine Shoppe.

These guys are great!! Easy to work with and very helpful. When we moved here I had some difficulties with my insurance company getting my regular maintenance prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy. The Medicine Shoppe staff have been patient and accommodating. Who could ask for better.

Marvelous! The PakMyMeds service has been one of my best decisions in 2021. No more sorting out our family pills. Just open the individual package for the day/time printed on the package and Voilà! The setup was relatively easy while each month, I am contacted by The Medicine Shoppe to see if there are any changes to our prescriptions. I would highly recommend the PakMyMeds service from The Medicine Shoppe.

I love the PakMyMeds service. I have arthritis in my hands which made it painful to open each prescription bottle three times a day.
Now all I have to do is tear open a packet for each meal and before going to sleep.
I’d highly recommend this service to anyone who has numerous prescriptions and to anyone who has arthritic hands.

This is a great pharmacy, I switched to them several years ago when I got tired of the big box places. They are excellent in communicating to me about my scripts and now that they offer pre packaged meds they have everything you could want. Highly recommend!

I love this pharmacy, it beats out all the big box ones by a mile. The customer service and well stocked shelves always help me find what I need when I need it.

This is the most convenient way to take medication. You will never mess up on what to take at what time it is packaged with the time on it. And you never have to guess did I take my medicine because if the time pack is gone you have taken it. Best thing to ever come along!
