Chick-fil-A

I have never had a bad experience at this Chick-Fil-A, and I have been coming here consistently since I was 16! 8 years of no mess ups is pretty unheard of! The service is always fast, the food is always correct, and they have their service down to a science! Workers are always polite and courteous!

Hadn't been to the Chick-fil-A in Sherman off 75 since the remodel, and I just say the old drive thru was much faster than what they got now. Other than that it was as I expected. Great food, great price.

Elyse is always a pleasure ☺. She calls me by name & always remembers what I order it's amazing. I come here several times a week. I enjoy the atmosphere it's always clean. Keep up the good work.

It is always so organized. People in the drive thru, order always correct, just as well done as a drive thru can be!

Friendly people, predictably good food, extra mile service. Good option for quick, feel-good food with kids.
I was hoping for an indoor playground, but nope.

Amazing service and fantastic food quality as always. Prices are getting pretty steep for a family of 4 though.

Just gave my order to Caden, they were very nice and respectful and has had some great training, definitely deserves a raise!

Consistently good food with fast, friendly service. I do wish the Sherman owners were a little more active on social media in the community like the Gainesville owners, because it makes things fun and makes the restaurant a bigger part of the community, but that takes nothing away from how they actually manage and run the restaurant itself.

Ate inside very clean and very courtesy staff....had the little ones and you know they loved it. 10 out of 10

They have always been professional and food has been hot and fresh. If you're willing to dodge all the SUVs who either try to play chicken with you or run you over, it's totally worth it. Added bonus by dog looks forward to coming here after her training classes at Petco.

We really love this place, this evening we drove over from Paris (1hr & 15 min East of here) only to find that this location is temporarily closed for renovations :-(. Will change my review to 5 stars once they reopen.

Update:. They are now re-opened, & as good as ever.

Love the food, the service, and the menu choices. Prices have gotten even higher, not just here but everywhere, so just grabbing something on the go is getting harder & harder.

My kids can eat here 7 days a week. NO! I don’t let them 🥹 however last time we went they messed up our order and we didn’t get our Mac & cheese 😭 never got our money back since I was on lunch break and didn’t have time to go back.

Great experience. Our first time ever eating here.
