Billy's Grille

This was my first time eating here and wow I was blown away by the amazing attentiveness and service I received. I was sat with a large group and ended up getting a different meal than what I ordered, I made a small comment between my group about my order and the owner Alex came right over within seconds of hearing this and asked to rectify the issue. He was very kind and even after replacing my meal offered to go above and beyond to make it even better by offering a milkshake on the house. Customer service is such a rarity nowadays and what Alex did goes a long way with me. Brandon was our waiter who was absolutely fantastic, he frequently came by to make sure we were all taken care of and his welcoming demeanor made the whole experience perfect. Thank you Alex and Brandon!!!

We came for a meal before a movie and were pleased with the food and service. Our waitress Haley was very friendly, helpful with recommendations, and attentive during the entire time we were there. We were seated quickly, food came out hot and fast. We had the Cajun shrimp pasta and coconut shrimp. The pasta was packed with flavor.

Ate dinner here tonight and had a great experience! Our server, Megan, was very friendly and attentive. The food was yummy, fresh and well-prepared. We had a party of 8 and we all agreed that it was an excellent meal with great service. We will be back!

You want a drink to relax after a long day? Go see my boy Joey at the bar and grill. He’ll hook you up with that VIP service AND sometimes he’ll create fancy little shots for you that taste amazing! Go hit him up!
