I normally just post how amazing food can be, but if you like Best Buy and all, it's cool gadgets. Then I would definitely shop here. You get the best customer service one could ask for. They are always willing to help when you need it. Everything that I've bought from Best Buy has been good quality and has lasted for a really long time.

I bought an In-dash system 5 years ago at Best Buy with free installation. It came with a lifetime installation warranty, so when my Android Auto started randomly disconnecting, I made an appointment to have it fixed or replaced. I was fully prepared to drop several hundred dollars for a new unit, but tech Collin showed me the problem was my USB cable. We tested, and I bought the high-end cable.
Collin saved me a lot of money, and I appreciate it.

A laptop I bought elsewhere was not functioning correctly and the salesman at Best Buy helped me get a replacement for ot from them that is even better than the original and near the same price! I was in and put quickly! Excellent service!

Had an appt with Geek Squad to address a lightning connector charging problem with my iPhone. They fixed it in 10 minutes and levied no charge. Great customer service!

Got a car stereo installed by the Geek Squad Auto Tech, Colin! He did an absolute amazing job. Best Buy delivered a rememberable experience from the purchase of the radio to the install of it. Colin was very quick and professional with his work. He recommended the radio and it delivered. Feel like I have a new vehicle! Afterwards he took the time to go over the features with me ensuring that I felt comfortable with my purchase and that I would love it. He answered all my questions and will be going back to him to have more work done.

The appliances are so much less expensive than Lowes, staff is far more responsive, and the delivery fee and warranty is fantastic.

I really appreciate the no sales pressure of the associates. Knowledgeable and honest, which I value. Sales associate discussed what we were looking for and then pointed out the open box model that was reduced. We were ecstatic, and very happy with our choice.

Bought a Samsung 65" NU8000 there. The sales lady who helped up was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Their prices are hard to beat. Typically a purchase like this is a stressful venture for me but I felt really good about it and still do. Because of their honesty and customer service I would definitely buy more from them.
