First Convenience Bank

I was trying to pay my brother in law bill and it kept on declining so I went up to 1st convenience and talk to Frankie about it and she told me it was the zip code of my card and so I called to try to pay the bill again and the rep told me it wasn’t the zip code. So I went back up to 1sf convenience and talked to Frankie and Callie and they both said it must be the billing address so me and Frankie went into the office called the bill people to chance the billing address and finally it got change I’m so glad there are good people that will help people like me out there. I would like to recommend Frankie and Callie as the awesomeness team of 1st convenience bank! And I would go to them again !

I have been with this bank since July of 2006 - I opened my account in Harker Heights, Texas. I have never been disappointed with my service. When Garrett at the Sherman location is there, he is always friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied.
As far as hidden fees, I have never seen any hit my accounts so I guess it was the type of account that was opened.

The staff have always been so helpful and courteous to me. They have been friendly and done everything they could to help me understand things I needed to know since the passing of my husband. I’d sing their praises and recommend to everyone.

Every time I go up there they are very helpful and get me in an out I'm there no more then 5 mins. Then again I have had an account with them for the last three years. All the tellers are really kind.

I've been with this bank for several years and if ever there was a problem, other than me losing my debit card, they fixed immediately. Never had a problem. I recommend this bank... #1

This particular branch, even though I despise this bank in general, has pretty good customer service from what I have seen so far. I was in and out of there as quick as I expected to be and had a great experience.

Just recently opened this account. Have had nothing but problems with card and Customer service is unreliable . Also can not talk to any one till 10 am . IF ANY PROBLEMS WITH ANY THING ITS HARD TO TAKE CARE OF FOR PEOPLE WHO WORK OVER NIGHT AND CAN NOT FIX ISSUES UNTIL 10 AM AFTER BEING UP ALL NIGHT FROM WORKING. REGRET OPENING A ACCOUNT with them. Will be closing this account soon to go to another bank thsts conveniently open earlier in the morning.

Picked up a money order as the Walmart line was really long. Won't do it again as I don't have an account with that bank and had to spend 10 minutes answering questions. Didn't answer that many questions when I was buying a new car. Teller was nice and she was just doing her job.
