Excellent customer service! My husband bought me a watch (online) that needed to have links removed so that it would fit. The gentleman that helped not only quickly adjusted my watch but did not charge me for it either. He was kind, attentive, and helped me without an agenda. We will definitely use them in the future for any jewelry needs!

I came in to ask if my jewelry was authentic and he was able to look and explain everything in detail to me and did not even charge me. I’m very appreciative.

I've had the privilege of knowing NASR Jewelers brothers, Louis and Peter Nasr, when I took my gold chain with a broken clasp to KAY JEWELERS (around 1980!!). After three decades of purchases (and many repairs), including the design and making of my husband, and my beautiful wedding bands, I feel like I know NASR Jewelers! Believe me, these guys are VERY HARD WORKERS and they CARE DEEPLY about giving the CUSTOMER the VERY BEST SERVICE and JOYFUL EXPERIENCE possible. In case you think this is a "paid announcement," or I am a friend "staging" this review; I swear it comes straight from the heart. I have not talked or done business with NASR'S in a while, in fact was just chec💍💍king to see if they service Rolex watches. I inherited one from my sister-in-law, who passed about 4 years ago, and I don't wear it but maybe two-three times a year. So now to inquire about my watch (I think I read a review where someone mentioned a thank you for a Rolex repair.)
