Not my first time to purchase from Pat Holt. His customer service brought me back a 3rd time. He’s patient and always remembers me!

Their designer, Robbie, was extremely knowledgeable, shared great advice and her expertise was apparent in the final 3D product. She took my room measurements and present room photos and completely made my living space a more comfortable and up to date space.

Matt was an excellent host who listened attentively and asked questions to determine our needs. He then shared several options based on our needs. Robbie was very helpful as well. We had visited another store and were not sure about purchasing today, however your selection and options were awesome! I can’t wait for delivery!

Sales consultant Patrick Holt provided detail information regarding sofas and adjustable beds displays I am interested in purchasing. He was most patient and professional during the entire time showing varied furniture to my son and me. Patrick even provided a print-out document of the furniture we viewed to examine and research further at home to help with my decision on purchasing the furniture. Patrick is the best!!

My sales consultant Decorien Coleman listened when I explained what I was looking for in a sofa and loveseat. Took me right to the styles available and went over all the different customize option's with me. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the products. I took a swatch home to make sure the color was right came back and completed my purchase. I have already told friends about my purchase and my wonderful shopping experience. I will definitely be coming back to Haverty’s for any future furniture needs.

The salesperson, Matt Seay, was professional, as well as gracious. After some exhausting experiences at other furniture stores, Matt took me directly to the right chair.

We were very fortunate to have been met at the front by Patrick Holt the very first time we went to Haverty’s. Patrick is very approachable, very knowledgeable and shares that knowledge without being pushy for a sale, and is basically a good person. He always has a smile for you. If there is a problem or issue, Patrick is one to get it solved or corrected. Then, there’s Robbie, their design consultant. She is another who is knowledgeable and listens to what your vision is. Robbie is friendly and another one with a welcoming smile. The Haverty’s team we have had the privilege of working with is very easy to work with, and easy to recommend them.

I enjoyed my experience at Havertys because of my salesperson Mr. Patrick Holt. He remembered my mom from 2013 and all my family, that touched my heart. He has a history of all my purchases and whenever I come back, months or years later, he pulls up my old order. He's attentive to me whether I want to add to my collection or get something new. Everything I express an interest in he adds to my list and keeps it until I make a decision. Havertys has beautiful and quality furniture/ accessories.

Our salesperson Peggy was excellent. She was patient with us and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely return and ask for her.

Customer service was excellent. Our dedicated sales representative, Rick Davis, was awesome. Even though I was late for our booked appointment, he remembered me as soon as I apologized for my tardiness, before I gave my name! And he gave us the early Black Friday discount, which was much more off the online special that I was expecting to pay! Great all around!

I enjoyed shopping at Haverty's Wolfcreek Pkwy, Cordova. All staff members are professional and no pressure sale tactics to allowed people to shop confidently. I visited the store weekly and I hope they are not tired of seeing me (lol).

Ms. Peggy was an awesome sales associate!!! She made the buying process for my new bedroom set so easy! She was very knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with asking her questions. Ms. Beatrice was also wonderful with the purchase of my new furniture.

Amazing customer service from both Robbie Davis and Decorien Coleman. We’ve been looking for a new living room set for over a month and couldn’t make a decision. Robbie brought up a program to enter the dimensions of the space and place various pieces in the room. She was extremely helpful with making our decision. We are so happy with our purchase and excited for the upcoming delivery. Thank you also to Decorien for making the purchase easy and being so helpful.

Peggy is very patient and attentive. She was most helpful and detailed in her explanations of sales items and items in stock. Very personable, pleasant and respectful. This was my second purchase experience. I actually entered the store in search of her because of the positive experience previously.
