This location had a fuse I was looking for, not a common fuse, a 250 amp buss. I had called at least 10 locations in Memphis and the surrounding areas simply because I had never shopped here before. Staff was helpful and timely and the parts were reasonably priced. Very happy customer, Napa fan going forward.

This is the best Memphis NAPA location Ive been to in my experiences. The seem to have most the odd tools and fluids (german cars) and slightly higher quality parts than I usually get at AZ/AA. This is the main location so I tend to go here first before the other stores. The only knock is it's hard to beat Amazon's pricing but $5 off each purchase is rewarded if you're apart of the loyalty program and 10% if you reserve online which makes it a little more competitive with online pricing.

Guys there are nice. Only place in town that had my brakes in stock. May take a minute for them to pull your part to the front from the back so be prepared to wait a minute.

Nice folks, quick service, always find myself having to get new hydraulic hoses made. They do it quick, price is competitive and staff is friendly and helpful

May have the name wrong but I know that is close I called the store on 64 highway 38133. You were very helpful when I called and even offered ways to help save me money on the item I inquired about. I will be purchasing other parts from NAPA also.

Third day waiting for a brake line hose for a 1978 ford. A nice place with good people helping others out. I'll go back at 4pm.

The best inventory in the area. They even managed to have parts for my 1965 mustang in stock. Very good service too.
