Gene Record Memorial Park

This park is fantastic for walking my dogs. Especially in the summer. There is a creek for them to cool off in and a walking trail that is shaded. They have several doggy bag stations and a decent dog park. Very clean and safe.

This was a great little park! We were able to sit down on the bench, eat some pizza, and watch the children play. It was not crowded at all, and we really enjoyed our time there as we waited to meet a client.
I really recommend this little park for its cleanliness and quiet atmosphere.

We love this park!! We frequent this park its a bit of a drive for us but well worth it. They are always updating and adding new things which we love. They are adding a dog park section which we love because our fur babies love to go to the park!!

Good family fun. Soccer fields and disc golf course. Playground and picnic pavilions.

Great play area! Well maintained and easy to find. Enjoyed walking and playing with my 6yr old.

I felt like it had a nice walking path with some workout equipment along the way. And a nice park for the kids to play.

We had a quick visit to the playground during our camping trip at Chickasaw State Park. The kids loved the playground. We didn't experience other parts of the park, but look forward to visiting again next time we are in town.

Awesome park to take your kids and enjoy a day at the park very safe no worries at all at nite when they close the henderson police come and make sure everyone is safe

Very nice park with 24 hr surveillance but when sun is bright the equipment is so hot it will burn you. Need some sail shades over it.

My son loves the park and the Splash Pad! Great to let him run off his energy and make/meet new kids!

They had a beautiful park for a few years and I've seen many improvements. It's a great park to go to.

I have been to and through Henderson many many times and had never seen nor heard of this park until recently. It is one of Henderson, TN's "Lil Hidden Gems." It is a BEAUTIFUL park. Very open and a lot of equipment for the kiddos. It is very well maintained; there is something for everyone.
I will be going back just for the relaxation of enjoying nature's peace and serenity, the joy of children playing, and possibly to take advantage of the walking path.
It is an AWESOME place!!!!!

Lovely park! Paved walking paths, exercise equipment (handicap friendly), dog park, splash pad, playground and beautiful pond with fountain. Just need to add more picnick areas and benches.

A quick stop with the kiddos on a road trip. Beautiful park and very much appreciated the restrooms which we found really clean. Playground perfect for 3 yr and 6 yr old to run off energy.

I love that this place has a dog park. There are fake fire hydrants and obstacles for tricks. There are two sections if you have a little dog it helps. There is a bench inside that you can sit on while your dog plays, 3 to be exact. There is a dog water fountain and baggies with waste station. The locals are very respectful, you will never accidentally step on poop. The rules are posted and people follow them. Dogs are allowed anywhere in the regular park area too.

This is a nice park to visit. There are two bathrooms; one at each end of the park. The park has a direct connection driveway to a farmer market area in town. There are two ways in and out. The park is pet friendly with two stations with waste bags. There are plenty of soccer fields and a volley ball net. There is a decent sized playground. You can park at either end of the park. There are nice walking paths with several path options. The park has big floodlights for when it is dark. This is a nice park for whatever your park needs are!
