Royal Furniture - Cordova

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at your Cordova location. Mr Rickey McGowan represented your store well with his unsurpassed customer service! We never felt rushed into making a decision on our purchase. After selecting an amazing bedroom suite, we were so impressed with his customer service, we returned to buy mattresses as well. Thank you Mr McGowan for a positive shopping experience! If not for the sake of time, we could have talked to you all day!

We went to three different furniture stores that day and Royal Furniture had absolutely the best customer service. All furniture stores are similar, but Royal seem to have the best price of them all. It is a definite recommend for me.

We have had an excellent experience at Royal furniture. Jason assisted us with both of the purchases we made and was fantastic! On one purchase our items were delivered with care and perfectly set up. The second purchase we elected to pick up from the store and the process was quick and easy. Would recommend Royal Furniture to a friend.

We loved sharing stories and receiving cheerful and helpful assistance from Dionne. She was so personable and well informed with the selections we inquired about. She made our time in the store well worth the visit! When we return, we will want her lovely assistance and cheerful disposition to guide us in our shopping experience!

I really enjoyed the experience at Royal furniture. Mr. Mahoney was exceptional in trying to provide my wife and I with the best buying experience.

Will be coming back to buy when I walked in the door I was greeted by a salesmen Jason, and he was so helpful. It was so nice to go in a place and not be harassed and pressured. He made me feel like I was not rushed. I will be returning next week for my purchases.

Our sales person was Dionne Tomlin. What an absolute wonderful person to deal with. Very knowledgeable, polite, and passionate person! We found her to be delightful, caring, and and genuinely interested in helping find us the right product for our needs. Would only deal with Dionne in the future!

One word AMAZING! Dionne Tomlin was simply amazing. The knowledge of the inventory was spot on… From the moment me and my husband and granddaughter walked through the door she was an attentive, not over bearing just letting that start quality shine.

Mr Mabone was an awesome salesman. He did hassle me or try to talk me into anything. He alllwed me the space and time to make the right purchase for me. I would recommend Royal and Mr Mabone to anyone who’s looking to purchase furniture. The variety was great and the customer service is top tear!

Michael was very patient. Very positive and he made the process of buying simple and easy. He was very kind and patient to my toddlers which is not so common these days. I give 10 stars. I totally recommend. I enjoyed my experience.

Levond Mabone at store #313 was very helpful with helping me select a new mattress for my bed. I have had pillow tops in the past and really didn't like them but he helped me find a pillow top mattress that was perfect and to my satisfaction. The process was very easy and seemless.
