Kathy Welborn was a pleasure to work with on my numerous wants and phone calls! Delivery is always easy as well! I have always been very pleased with my purchases and deliveries😃

Easy process with helpful staff. High quality pieces. Good variety of furniture and price points. I loved being able to see and try out the floor models and be guided through the customization choices. Delivery men were very conscientious and took great care.

We have purchased 2 side tables, dining table and chairs, and most recently a Scandinavian model mattress. We love all our purchases. All of the folks at Bartlett Home have been very helpful and great to work with. We will continue to shop there for our household needs.

We absolutely LOVE the new couch and chair that we picked up from Bartlett Home Furnishings! They are perfect! The entire team was such a pleasure to work with, from our assistant Wayne to that guy on TV! They allowed us to peruse the store on our own and didn't hound us trying to get us to purchase something. We purchased Smith Bros. couches & a chair and love the quality. The delivery guys were excellent, careful, and on time. Doug was our salesman and answered all our questions, took the time to be super helpful and even held the furniture for a week at our request. Perfect experience and love the final product and look!

Bartlett Home Furnishings is my favorite furniture store in Shelby Co. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Gene has been such a help to me in picking out just the right sectional, ottoman and rug for my living/great room. We have an older house with lower ceilings and a fireplace that is hard to design around. Gene had great ideas and was thorough in understanding the room layout & dimensions. Thank you! The service delivery team was on time and helped center everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this business.

I’m not good with picking out a color of furniture that will blend with the open floor plan of my house. I’m also elderly and need furniture that I can easily get in and out of. Charlotte was amazing in helping with each issue I was concerned about. I brought some paint samples and other things to help me pick out a sofa. Charlotte was so patient and guided me to the sofas that were best ones for my needs. Charlotte used the samples I brought and she show me the different fabric the sofa comes in. With her help, we got the perfect sofa, in the style and color that flows perfectly with the rest of living area. Charlotte definitely has a gift in customer service with a flare in decor. I will definitely shop at Bartlett Home Furnishings again.

I have not been in a furniture store, a real furniture store, in so many years and I truly enjoyed my experience today. I was greeted shortly after entering by Wayne and I told him I was Just browsing and he believed me! I got to go around the store at my own pace, no questions, no explanations and thoroughly enjoyed myself!

His customer service is excellent from introduction to selection to delivery. We couldn’t be more pleased to continue to work with him. Bartlett’s prices on the brands they carry cannot be beat either. As a consumer our options are vast, they have always been more than competitive in pricing. The gentlemen who deliver the product are conscientious, courteous and efficient. Our many experiences with Bartlett Home Furnishings have been wonderful and we will continue to be loyal customers!!

We recently shopped for new living room furniture and were about to head to a larger furniture store by the mall when we remembered we had one right here in Bartlett! We enjoyed the ability to look at furniture without the sales person hovering over you. We found a beautiful couch, recliner and chairs at a very good price. They were delivered the very next day by some very courteous gentlemen. We would highly recommend giving Bartlett Home Furnishings a look!

My wife’s and my shopping experience at Bartlett Furniture was excellent. From the warm greeting upon entrance to showing us the location of the type furniture we were interested in to answering our questions through the sale process to final delivery was superb. Very down home feeling with genuine customer service. Beverly was our interior design specialist and worked with us to get the right fit of furniture for our dining room. Sammy and Mike delivered our furniture and were as equally professional and customer service oriented. Great guys. Will definitely recommend Bartlett Furniture and will shop there again in the near future.
