My husband and I recently moved into our new home and used Crossville Wholesale Furniture to furnish practically everything we needed. Lisa was fantastic in helping me chose all the right pieces. After everything was delivered there was one piece, a media center, that just didn't fit right. They graciously gave me a 100% in store credit with no questions asked. This place is fabulous. Great customer service and fantastic white glove delivery service.

We are in the process of building a home and both Keith and Lisa have been wonderful. Found our bedroom suite right away but the living room has been harder. They made a trip to the house to look at the room and we now have a plan of what to order! Love this furniture store and both Keith and Lisa are great!

We are new to Jamestown and after looking at their Facebook page I decided to go in to pick out our forever furniture for our new home. I was not disappointed! As soon as I walked in I fell in love with a beautiful sectional and bedroom suite. Lisa introduced herself and told me about the pieces I loved. She was very knowledgeable and straightforward with prices ,and a joy to talk to. After learning what we were looking for and our budget she took us around the store ,and did such a great job of showing all of our options. After we made our choices financing was a breeze and we were out the door quickly with home delivery set up. There ended up being a piece that was damaged ,before they even brought it out Lisa called to let me know and offer me an upgrade as a replacement! The delivery men were very kind and did a great job setting everything up. We have had the furniture for a few days now and it’s so sturdy and well made ,on top of gorgeous. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was such an amazing furniture buying experience ,and great introduction to the area for us. We will back for sure!

This is the absolute best place to buy furniture. Everything is made in the USA. Lisa was the sales associate that worked with me. I purchased a bet new king sized bedroom set and a beautiful couch that reclines. She gave me a great deal including free shipping. The delivery guys were very nice. They carried the king sized very heavy bedroom set upstairs and set it all up. I will be buying more there.

Great purchase experience. Keith was available to ask questions, but did not hover over us so me and my wife could talk. No high pressure sales, and no fast talking. Keith allowed us to make our own decisions.

We always check out this store when making furniture or décor choices, as they have good quality and reasonable prices.

After reading the other reviews, my husband and I stopped in to Crossville wholesale furniture for a new living room set and dining room table. We had the pleasure of working with Keith and Lisa. What wonderful people and an excellent experience! The items we picked were in stock and were delivered by 3 great delivery men THE NEXT DAY!!! Crossville Wholesale was such a pleasant experience, I wanted nice but good quality furniture that will last . I didn’t want to replace another couch every few years. I was welcomed by the owners Keith and Lisa . Told them I wanted something new but different then my normal taste, keeping in mind that I don’t know how to match stuff very well . I let Lisa take over and completely redo my living room and dinning room and I couldn’t be any happier . From the service to the kind staff to the delivery , very professional. Will definitely recommend to others .

This place is amazing!!! We have driven over an hour to go there 3 times and purchase furniture! Their showroom, staff and quality of furniture is AMAZING!!! The customer service is tremendous and they take their time to help you select what's right for you. I've purchased other high end furniture that did not last and quality was substandard--but not here! QUALITY! BEAUTY! FUNCTIONALITY! STYLE! I can't say enough about them. GO NO WHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

Being new residents of Crossville, my sister took me to this furniture store. As a previous reviewer stated, lots of quality furniture so there are plenty of choices. My husband and I purchased the following furniture:
Two bedroom sets
One dinette set
One sofa and love seat set

Very pleased with the furniture that has been delivered so far. Delivery and set up were performed by experienced men. Two items were special order, so still waiting on them.

Keith is the one in the know, so ask him for any questions you may have. If he doesn't have the answer, he will call to get the answer. Highly recommend this store because not only is it helping the local economy, but they also have in stock what I was searching for.

We went on Monday to look for a sectional. One that I loved was the floor model, so it was marked down. No one was pushy, but rather helpful when we needed and very down-to-earth and approachable.
We financed 12 months, no interest, and they even delivered it THE SAME DAY! I was very pleased with our experience and will be back in the future.

Lisa was the sales associate helping us. She is a wonderful sales person. She was not pushy, and very informative. She guides you to what you want and need, without trying to get you to purchase the most expensive. The furniture is all high quality and made in America!! There is also a great warranty on all the furniture. None of the home furnishings are made out of pressed wood junk. It’s definitely worth the prices and they are very reasonable. Anything bought there will last many many years. Their sales are also amazing.

I have purchased from Lisa and Keith in the past and recently purchased a sectional sofa during COVID. Prices are great and the furniture is of excellent quality. Delivery was fast and the guys did a great job! I have a dinning table I purchased at one of their older locations that I've had for 20+ years. The store is always clean and well displayed!
