Delia's Mexican Restaurant

This restaurant catches your eye as soon as you see it - BRIGHT green! As soon as you walk in, there's a little statue of a man with lots of sombrero's on top of his head, which we thought was cute and fun.
There were several other people waiting in the lobby, but we all got taken care of quickly.
The tabletop had advertisements for businesses, so if you're local, that's a great idea to check out!
The menu had lots of options with PICTURES of the food, AND they also had a great kids menu with pictures! I LOVED this because seeing the food always helps me decide.
Upon arrival of our nachos, I wasn't impressed at first, as they were pretty greasy... BUT then I started eating them. YUM! They were thicker than any I had tried before, and now I want those everywhere I eat. Lol. I am a wimpy eater, but the salsa and cheese dip weren't too spicy for me! I can't remember the exact name of the dish I ordered, but from memory, I think it was #35 - Pollo Loco. The chicken had a funny, rectangular shape, which at first was another visual deterrent, but once again, the taste was great.
I went ahead and gave the food a 5, even after the greasiness and looks, because I don't know how to do 4.5 and the taste made up for it.
I live about an hour away, but when I visit the area, I will definitely eat here again.

I always have to get a Delia’s chicken chimichanga whenever I’m back in Dayton. No one else does it better. Their chips and salsa are also amazing!

Great food, great prices, great staff. My friend and her husband always ask for David...now I know why. He's an excellent server.

Delia's is a great place, probably the best food and best service in all of Dayton. Love the variety available on the menu, they even have Carnivore friendly options.

Fantastic food and service. We’re visiting out of state from Fl for a wedding. We were looking for a Mexican restaurant to try out and heard great things about this one. Tonight we went with a group of 12. We were sat almost immediately. All the employees were friendly. I didn’t care for the table salsa but the cheese dip was good… but those chips… oh my goodness… they were the best I’ve ever had at a Mexican restaurant. I’m a food snob and particular about Mexican food. I ordered 3 tacos with 3 different meats (al pastor, Campeche, and barbacoa) and asked for their hot sauce (green and red). It did not disappoint. Very good tacos. I wish I wasn’t leaving tomorrow, I’d definitely eat there again.

My load wasn't ready so I decided to take a short walk to the restaurant and was blown away. I ordered the grilled chicken on rice with queso sauce, I had them add grilled onions and peppers. It was delicious and the waiter was friendly and attentive. Will definitely come back

The margaritas are tasteful and the food delicious. My husband had the fajitas, I had the bistec a la mexicana and we had a carry out of a chicken torta with #15 barbacoa burrito, which the burrito was so good that we'll be taking 2 more orders of on our way back to Sevierville today. I give a 10 out of 10 with the cleanliness of the restrooms, which is very important to me of every establishment, they were well stocked with toiletries and the smell was good.

David is the best server. He took care of us really well while we were dining there. He deserve some recognition. The food was great and priced just right. The place is very nice and clean. Will bring friends and surely will come back.

Such a great experience! They have the best chips! I ordered the Flautas and it was wonderful! Deep fried, good crispness not greasy. Pico de piña was incredible!

This is our go to dinner stop. The food is freshly made daily. Fresh chips and salsa ( I can't stop eating them). The entries are delicious. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants in town, but only one Delia's. You must try it out. Lots of parking don't be discouraged if they look busy. They have plenty of room and plenty of fast friendly staff.

Our first time for dinner and won't be our last. Great staff and dinner was fantastic.
