We have been coming to Tinsley Bible for years! They have the best burgers and the customer service is what keeps us coming back. If you’re looking for a good ole southern spot to eat where everyone greets you with a big smile and a kind heart, this is your place! 10/10 recommend!!!!

If you’re looking for a pretentious meal, this is not your place. If you’re looking for a long, extensive menu with a lot of different customizations, also not the place. But if you’re looking for a little slice of Americana, where the staff knows the regulars by name and their orders, the families of the folks around, and just an all around great burger or patty melt (crispy edges and all,) then this is the stop for you. Ms. Peggy stopped and chatted with us and we truly enjoyed our experience here. Bonus, there are quite a few pieces historical memorabilia throughout the place, and it’s pretty cool to see.

Note for large parties, it is not a large place, booths spaciously sit two full size adults, four if you squish in, and there is counter seating at the soda fountain as well.

They have the best burgers and milkshakes around, and the staff is great! The pharmacy fills prescriptions so fast with almost no wait times and are super friendly! Highly recommend!

Shakes so thick you can flip your cup upside down and not lose a drop! Ms. Peggy is a doll and will probably remember your order the next time you drop in. She's been serving Bible burgers for over 30 years :-)

My husband and I stopped in for lunch at Tinsley-Bible Drug Store and we absolutely loved it and had an excellent experience!! Everyone was nice and the burger was honestly one of the best I've ever had out!! Would go back again!!

The Bible burger is the best!! The workers are so sweet and friendly to everyone. Such a cool and neat place!

Saw this place on maps and had to try it. The burgers really are excellent. The cook was hand making the patties as they were ordered..... couldn’t get any fresher than that!!!!! Its also quite quaint and interesting. Everyone chats to anyone and everyone. Try it!

Great little place to have lunch.

Drove all the way form PA to find an ORIGINAL Soda Fountain and Booths. You will think your back in the 50's. All the people are so polite. Fresh Burger made in front of you. Prices are very reasonable. MUST STOP...………….

We stopped in Dandridge for lunch on the way home to Atlanta from Ohio, and found this place when the first restaurant was closed. It’s a little slice of history - the store has been open since 1911, and the luncheonette could be straight out of the 1940’s - 1950’s. The Double Bible cheeseburger was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Dandridge is on our weekend getaway list, and if/when we do go back, we will be eating lunch there again.

Very nice folks. Like stepping back in the 50's. Excellent food and the same with the service. Great people in pharmacy also. Thats how its done in Tennessee. Everyone should give this place a try cause you will not be disappointed.

Quaint home town pharmacy with a diner inside. Personable & professional staff.

They were so friendly and helpful! I am here on vacation and left my prescriptions at home. They worked with my doctor and insurance company to make sure I got what I needed, and at a price that made it all possible. I can't thank them enough!

This place is absolutely great. The prices are reasonable, the fountain and grill are top notch, and management are attentive and helpful.

I've loved this place since I was a toddler. Chocolate milkshake and a bible burger... nothing better!
