Saluda Health Center - Chester

I have been coming here for over 10 years. Everyone is always so nice. I love Dr Pierre. It’s so easy to talk to her. She keeps me healthy.

Today was my first visit as a new patient. The receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. I am not pleased with how long it took to be taken to the back but once I was taken back the nurse was quick, thorough and professional. Ms. Andrea Blakeman, AGACNP was one of the providers I have seen. She is very thorough, friendly, personable, and professional. Above all that she made me feel like she understood my concerns and could relate with me. I am extremely pleased and definitely will be back for additional services. Thank you to all who made my 1st visit easy and comfortable.

Always super friendly staff. We've been seeing Dr. Pierre for years and she is absolutely amazing. Listens to concerns and helps address them in a manner which both make you feel heard and that action is being taken. Staff in back are professional but still make you feel like you belong and your health is important to them as an individual!

I am new to South Carolina, I have only lived here for the past two years and where I moved from, I have lived most of my life. Other then a few ER visits, I have not seen a doctor in a long time. A friend told me about North Central Chester, because I have been experiencing some issues with my health the past few months. I was hesitant because of past experiences, but I finally decided to give it a try. I am a new patient here and I am very pleased with the service I have received. I was seen by Andrea and she asked all the right questions, took her time, let me tell her the issues that I have been experiencing, and I did not at all, feel like I was on a time limit or that she didn’t care. This has been the best experience at a doctors office that I have had in a long time. Everyone, from the moment I walked in, has been so friendly, welcoming, caring, and helpful. My first appt. was August 3rd, in the early morning, I am putting that in here, because I cannot remember the receptionist or nurses name and they were both part of why I had such a great experience here. I had to go back today, to drop paperwork off and schedule another appt and was greeted by Monica, she was also very friendly and welcoming when I walked in. She was so pleasant and helped me with everything that I needed to do. I am very pleased with my entire experience here and it has made me feel comfortable and willing to take care of my health issues that I have put off for such a long time. Thank you to everyone who works here!

Nobody wants to go to the doctor but when you do you want fast service and helpful people you also want knowledgeable doctors and you can find all of this and more at this facility try it out I hope that you find the same as I did

This new location for North Central Family Medical Center and Community Medicine is wonderful. I appreciate the pharmacy drive-thru greatly.

Quiet Female Dr. Could have had a sweeter disposition, but did a commendable job as MD.NURSING Staff not and Office Staff were awesome.

Every time I come to this office, it feels so welcoming. The customer service lady was amazing and got me checked in quickly. Ms. Tonja was so patient and amazing with blood work, with me being terrified of needles, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Mrs. Davis was great as well, she made me feel as if I was the only patient there and that my situation was very important to her. The only downfall was the wait time, but with great customer service I can over look that.

From someone who avoids Doctors at all costs I have to say I am pleased with this office and especially with 1 of the doctors. They listen, don't rush and truly appear to care about the patient. If you are looking for a fancy office you wont find it here, it's down home with a small town atmosphere.

They are not thorough at all, and when you should have test done in reguards to your problems and concerns that you are having...they seem to just write it off for other reasons. If by chance you do get test done, you would never get your results unless you ask or remind them. It's crazy. My husband never got results back from about 3 years back now. He left. Some, not all of the staff members have an awful bedside manner also. Personally, I do not recommend. Sorry.

Rude, hung up on me twice. Trying to get results from a covid test taken on September 1st. They were supposed to call me in 7-10 days with my results. Still haven't called by the 17th so I call them. Nurse acts like I'm bothering them. Hoping that I get a call back today. Only gave 1 star because there wasn't a. Zero star

This place is a joke more like a insurance scammer from what I can tell they refuse to treat problems in stead give bs info so you have to keep coming back they might be good for stuff like hang nails but wouldn’t trust them with real problems
