He is the kindest and most sincere landlord I ever had. He always handled things in a timely, professional, and respectful manner- I would recommend him as a property manager for a property owner- and I would also recommend him as a landlord. I never needed his family’s legal services- however, I am sure they are just as outstanding as his property management.

To start off the response rate was decent... at first. To schedule a showing it’s about a 1-2 response time which is okay. John Jebailey showed me and my roommate a home and off the bat I have gotten bad judge mental vibes from him. the way he looked at us when we got out of the car was questionable. We are three young hardworking black individuals and he stared at us as we looked around and questioned our jobs, if we can afford it and if we finished high school in a jokingly manner. He did not know the facts for the place like if heat was gas or electric. After the tour, I told him I would look at other places before I officially start the process of applying, so he gave me his card. As we were walking out he made us feel very uncomfortable but the place looked amazing and it was perfect for us so I called and told him I was interested. Then he said well... let’s just see your credit score first. I sent him my 700+ credit score and he did not respond so I call. As he was on the phone he let me know that he thought I was someone else when he answered the phone and told me he just makes more Money when selling a house instead of renting. He continues to brush me off like I’m a waste of time but I still ask him the next steps of applying for the home he said “I’ll just call you”. After two weeks I emailed him asking for updates and did not get a response until one week later saying the place has been rented. Good riddance to us right?? He was very judgmental and did not want to rent to us ik he has the right to choose but entertaining instead of ghosting isn’t the way to go when ppl are trying to find homes. 1/5 I would not recommend.
